Check in was quick, once room was ready. Breakfast was delicious with biscuits & gravy,eggs, sausage chicken and pork for choice, waffle maker, yogurt, muffins,etc. Beds comfortable as well.

Initially we got key card to room but it was still dirty so we had to go back down to get a new room and house keeping was working diligently to get all rooms clean. One elevator was out due to prior storm and lightning hit it so only one elevator so had to wait but not too bad considering alot of travelers for 4th of July. I would definitely be back.

It’s literally brand new. Like a month old, that’s why it has only a few reviews. The staff was great, the room was clean. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfasts we had on our 30 day road trip. Booking has this rated as a two star hotel which is way off easily a three star and better than some of the four star places we stayed at. Bed was super comfortable. Quiet location. Nice pool. New laundry facilities that take card!

Shower Gel was almost gone but that literally was the only thing. Absolutely 10/10 stay. Priced at around 200 seemed a little high but it honestly was one of the best stays of our trip.

Very convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Michelle. Nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Always an excellent breakfast. Great selection of basic breakfast food. Enjoy the waffles and the omelets. Easy checkout. Plenty of parking spaces.

I thought the room rate was a little high, but the convenience was worth it.

The location was perfect for a traveler. It was convenient to food, ice cream, and stores. The facility is modern and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee was available and good option.

The breakfast items of potatoes, bacon, and egg omelette were all cold.

Clerk waited until after I ran my card to pay to inform us the elevator was out and the only room was in 4th floor and nothing available on the first floor. Two in our party are heavier and had a hard time getting up the stairs. One had problems with her knee the rest of the week while we were on vacation.

I didn't remember there was a breakfast. I was distracted by my family obligations.

I had trouble with check in. The room was booked by my sister with booking.com and I was required to use a my own credit card even though it was already paid for. I was charged $40 for incidentals and I did not have any, I am still waiting for the over$600 to be refunded to my account.

Hotel was pretty and clean, still had new paint smell in stairway. Room was very comfortable. Loved the two extra chairs to sit in. Our group of eleven enjoyed sitting around in the lobby and pool area. Free breakfast had something to suit everyone. Staff was great!

The tub in our room was loaded with safety bars and had very low sides. But, we are elderly and prefer a walk-in shower.

I loved everything about it! Location was amazing and the staff were all so amazing! Comfy beds! Breakfast was soooo good!

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and professional even with the severe winter storm in the area. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel.

It was an amazing hotel. Very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Irida greeted us when we arrived and she was lovely. Very close to many restaurants and the Fl Caverns.
