We had a lovely stay at Rainerhof. The kids loved the playground, indoor playroom and bikes. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and rustic. The location is in walking distance to the supermarket, attractions and restaurants. Easy access to the highway to explore surrounding areas. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to have seen a washing machine or laundry room. There were laundry services but it was €20 for washing and drying 5kg and as a family of 9 this would have added up very quickly.

It’s an amazing place to stay. Interior looks cozy and done with the love to all details. Rooms are giant and you have everything you need for not not just a weekend but for 1 week/month stay. Everyone is very polite and ready to help whatever you need. From the windows you have a breathtaking view and ability to enjoy mountains and peaceful atmosphere of staying in the village. Nearby there is a nice restaurant where you can find your dinner.

this hotel is perfect for families that would like to travel around Flachau and Salzburg area. I wish we would stay there more nights. Karina, the owner so nice and friendly, helped in everything we needed and provided great service. the room was clean and new. there is great view ourside

Good and comfortable hotel. We stayed on the second floor and you can hear every step of the people above that made lots of noise. Except that good place for families. Free bicycle and good breakfast

Everything! The apartment is beautiful and clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful. Perfect place for kids, with the playground outside and the playroom inside for rainy days. The staff super attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Stayed for 5 nights qnd wanted to stay forever!

Only thing I would improve - since we booked an apartment, it would be nice if there were a few basics in the kitchen - salt, pepper, oil etc.

- clean and well designed hotel - upgraded us to a bigger room - staff was very kind and helpful - breakfast was great - great playground and playroom for kids - free bicycles of all kinds

- stairs inside apartment was not suitable for us with small children. - no sofa on living room except the dining table bench

Excellent place with a cozy apartment size for a family of 4, and a unique wellness area in the basement. The breakfast was wonderful and a bargain for that price.

The bed was too soft for our backs, but at the check-out the receptionist told us that they would have been able to change it if they were informed about the issue. So basically it's our fault that we did not complain during our stay. :)

Beautiful chalet hotel with modern facilities. Warm welcoming staff and large rooms, well equipped room with ample space to relax. Only one night so could not an enjoy all the offered amenities.

For one night stay they charge 60 euros cleaning fee.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was super friendly and we got home made marmelade as a welcome gift. Breakfast and the whole atmosfere of this place is wortht staying here. Plenty of parking spaces and a bike rent free of charge as a bonus.
