Great location, very easy to talk everywhere. Room was comfortable and check in was easy.

We didn't realise the hotel parking wasn't available due to construction, which made the drive through the town a little stressful. There is still free parking in the public carpark out the back, but it is a small walk and not clear when arriving.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in, in the center of Obernai , very special and had a great staff. By mistake I ordered extra room and they cancelled without payment. The hotel is a cozy beautiful with clean beautiful rooms. The big quadruple rooms were very special and great. Obernai is one of the most beautiful villages in the Alsace and full of action during night. And this hotel located exactly in the center of Obernai.

The breakfast needs to be with more variety but still good enough

Very pittoresque surroundings and pretty floral displays. Even though the hotel is centrally located, it was quiet at night. Free public car parking nearby with plenty of space even at the height of the tourist season. Welcoming staff with useful restaurant suggestions.

A small fridge would have been appreciated, given the July heat.. Equally the air-conditioning could have been more effective!

The hotel was surrounded by roads being dug up so parking unavailable but the hotel told us about alternate parking which was free. The hotel has no lift but our room was large and comfortable on the first floor. Breakfast was very good but no evening meals. The town is on the doorstep. Convenient for a day trip to Strasbourg

The room was nice--clean and pretty. The hotel itself is cute and has a nice history, which we love. Easily located as well which is nice when traveling by car. Staff was helpful and spoke English, which always helps us less linguistically talented travelers.

The "air conditioned" rooms didn't really apply to all. Our room was not air conditioned which normally is not an issue, but in this summer heatwave it was. Luckily there was a fan in the closet which helped, but it was a disappointment to find this amenity didn't apply to all rooms.

The bathroom was just great - the easiest and best shower I encountered on my whole trip. The women staff were very pleasant and helpful. They had Canadian maple syrup for the crepes! The location was perfect for access to the Remparts and to the centre of the town.

My room was rather small and dark. I wished there had been croissants at breakfast and also more and fresher fruit.

The rooms were big with enough space to move around. If you know French hotels you know what I mean! The free public parking is less than 50 meters away (outside old city walls). Some rooms are street side on ground level. There is no need to climb stairs. Very pet friendly environment.

Some rooms are street side on ground level. It did not disturb us, but some guests might have issues for privacy or security reasons. As said, this did not bother us.

The free parking was fully booked. It is probably mentioned somewhere on Booking.com that you need an apart reservation for the parking, but I didn't see it. However, it was not difficult to find parking on the street, which was for free during night.

Very cozy and lovely historical building

The room was on a ground floor and windows to inside garden, so it was very noisy when someone passed by. And the air in a room was a bit “stuck”, so we had do sleep with an open window, which wasn’t working very well.

Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Easy access to the velo routes we used to travel around the Alsace. Covered bike storage rack inside the hotel terrace. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was excellent. Staff were very kind.
