Very large room with balcony, nicely furnished. Interesting details. Large bathroom too. Bed comfortable. Spa zone perfect. All saunas top. Swimming out to the open part of the swimming pool great pleasure. Lot of deck chairs and places to rest inside spa. The reception provides you with bathrobe and towels. Breakfast good. Nice bar. Also cigar lounge available. Safe parking in garage on site, 5 euro fee reasonable. The whole staff kind and helpful.

We have been in this hotel for the 3rd time and everything was perfect as always. Since the last year the rooms are renovated, at least ours was, it was very wonderful and cozy.

There could be more glasses for brushing teeth in the bathroom. It was a room for 4 people but there was just 1 glass in the bathroom. But it was just a detail.

Nice hotel with the therme bads and spa, clean and comfortable, friendly staff.

There is a hotel with restaurant, why I choose it because of possibility to get warm food after longer working day and not seach for another option outside, but kitchen was closed already at 9 p.m. Bar and restaurant served only drinks.

Walking distance from therme, own swimmingpool and Spa. Not far from food stores. Clean. you can purchase VIP tickets for the Eurotherme.

It is rather rare to find a parking place directly in front of the hotel- town centre. But two large parking places are quite close.

Spacious room, clean facilities, bonus was the balcony. The most surprising were the treats for our dog. Breakfast was good, quite a rich Auswahl. The pool and spa Bereich is superb! Endless posibillities for a fantastic chill.

Beds were way too hard and the pillows not good either.

We have visited for the second time in the last few years and both times the stay was excellent. Hotel has spacious family rooms, great food, wellness, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Suitable for all ages, accommodates greatly for kids. Only short walking distance to Aquapulco with a possibility to buy VIP tickets directly at the hotel. Special touch this stay was Easter bowls with sweets for each kid staying at the hotel during Easter hidden in the lobby with kids names on them.

Very great hotel in the middle of a beautiful spa town, nice and helpful staff, wonderful restaurant, great breakfast with a big choice, super swimming pool with warm water, cozy and spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. I’ll surely return to this hotel.

Family with two teenagers. we visited bad scharellbach for the thermal park, in which was great as well. this hotel is amazing and most recommended by us. The staff, the food, location , room, spa, etc. everything was just perfect. We enjoed it so much so we chose to come back and stay the last day of the tour in the hotel again.

The option of using the hotel spa after the Check Out . The quality of the food in the restaurant is 5 Starts !

The hotel is located xlose to the thermal bath. They have a pool as well. Breakfast was nice, and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner as well. The staff is really kind and helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated.
