the staff is exceptional, attentive and helps and gives advice, security at the entrance is also very good and helps. the room was good too.

I didnt like that the first window room i had was noisy, it was on main street, second one since i asked for another one was not noisy at all. And you also have some lights during the morning due to the sun light through window, probably better for a room without window if you dont wanna be disturbed by it..?

staff were amazing. rooms have a touch of opulence. thoughtful touches like free tooth brushes and such. love the key card power system. staff were super nice and helpful. the lady at front desk had great advice.

noise travels fairly easily. I was consistently woken by loud people above me, people in the halls, and a freaking chicken lol the bathroom doors also have huge gaps so it's like you didn't even close it

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to shops, street food stalls, convenience stores, markets and all that. Although the hotel is located in a lively area, the rooms are very quiet and cozy. The staff are very attentive and helpful. My particular thanks to Ms. Huong who was very friendly, enthusiastic, and was always accommodating. Definitely that Airport Saigon Hotel is our first choice on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The entertainment system (i.e. TV) is very standard without many choices. Perhaps, we would find more fun if the TV in our room has some cabled channels included; or some commercial media platforms such as Netflix; or YouTube.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. It’s near to the airport with affordable price and the front desk can arrange a transport for us to airport in the early morning around 5am

The bed was very hard. Could use a mattress topper for us soft overseas travellers not used to such a hard bed 😊 but great room otherwise.
