It was clean.

We arrived after dark. All the safe places in the front were reserved for "diamond members." We had to park off the side of the building with little light. Then we had to go back outside to put a parking pass in our car so it wouldn't be towed. Very scary. The next morning, in the daylight, we could see items in the woods, on the edge of the parking lot that looked like homeless people were living nearby. The staff shouldn't have expected an older woman to go out there by themself at night for a parking pass.

Breakfast provided a nice variety of selections, and all were good. The staff worked hard to keep everything moving smoothly. The time and location were very convenient. There was ample seating. Especially enjoyed the complimentary cookies.

Possibly having breakfast extended to 10am, but we realize that may be difficult with staff availability.

Excellent location for the airport! Staff were very friendly and helpful! A comfortable night! I had to leave VERY early the next morning and the airport shuttle was wonderful and right on time! Park and ride is way cheaper than the airport parking!

Everything was great!

The bed was very comfortable; bathroom was very clean. We had the breakfast on Sunday and it was very good, in fact, better than comparable hotels we stayed. It was convenient for our visit with family. All in all, a great stay at a very good hotel.

The hotel had the usual wear and tear and housekeeping came earlier than our check-out time. But I would stay there again in the future.

The shower was amazing, good hot water. Daul showerheads. Was having surgery the next day. Sleep like a baby, the beds were very comfortable

Did not like the shower stall, appearance look bad in some spots. Wear flip flops. The carpet in the bedroom area needs replaced.

Cleanliness and the smell of Clorox when I first walked in. Sheets and towels looked clean, bathroom clean, bed was comfortable, and amenities in room.

Housekeeping knocking to many times on last day when we asked for late check out. Not being able to watch Netflix on television.

The breakfast area was well organized and had adequate seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The selection was varied and met my needs. The shuttle was spot on for timeliness and getting passengers to the airport with time to spare.

The staff was wonderful especially when I had to call at 3:30am because our flight was delayed overnight due to tropical storm Debbie!! We arrived just in time for breakfast then a nap before a meeting at 1 pm. Very close to airport. Very clean. Very comfortable bed!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was tasty and had many options to choose from. We were not flying out of Richmond International but if we were, the hotel was very close to it and also to the park and ride lot. It was also very quiet which we appreciate.

The Guest service rep was awesome. She made us feel at ease while we were checking in and gave us all the information about Wi-Fi, breakfast, and amenities. The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices to choose from. I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express the courtesy of the staff made my stay worthwhile!
