Room was spotless and comfortable. Piping hot water in showers. Extra pillows if need and a spectacular view of the lake from the small balcony. Breakfast was basic but at €2.50 per person hard to complain. Coffee , croissants and some sweet cakes and biscuits. There was also some limited fruit and avoidable juice! Staff were also really nice .

The restaurant as off season seemed jaded. We thought about eating there as value incredible but honestly was too miserable. If eating on balcony over lake would have been different story but not an option this time of year!

Such a pleasant surprise. View is beautiful. My room had a view of the pool and the wonderful lake in the background. Staff were friendly and tolerated me not speaking Italian. It’s an older style place - gives me nostalgia of holidaying in Europe as a child. But it’s clean, great character, and everything in good working order. Very pleased, thank you!

There were mixed reviews for this hotel, so we went with a little trepidation. It was unnecessary. The hotel is perfectly located with views over Lake Trasimeno. It is not a town location and not the best for going to restaurants, bars etc, but it was just what we wanted. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and we had a lake view terrace - perfect. There is a restaurant which serves good food at a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and Luana helped us when we had a major problem with our car. This necessitated an extra night which was no problem for them. We will be going again. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely visit.

The location is amazing, we were given a beautiful corner room with lake view, the room was so bright and airy,the lady in reception very welcoming, the room was very clean. I cannot understand the negative reviews,especially when you stay on a budget.

The only issue was that the mini fridge wasn't chilling at all.

Easy to find comfortable hotel : clean, great value, nice lake view, friendly staff…..all good. Oh and a nice pool too. Was fed a very decent value evening meal too.

Inevitably as it is close to road some traffic noise……but this did not spoil my stay and soundproofing worked. Thanks!

The staff was lovely and so helpful. I needed to work remotely, and they let me stay in the room after checkout and work there calmly until the end of the working day! No one disturbed me, the view on the lake was precious and the WiFi worked well. Thank you!

Great receptionist Luana. Made my stay warm and comfortable. It is an old hotel in need of serious renovation. But value for money is excellent. They deserve a perfect score for kindness , clean room and value for money

Very charming and cozy old- style hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much especially the panoramic view over the lake from the room and restaurant terrace. The owner is very sweet and makes the place feel warm and welcoming.

The view from the very large balcony was fab. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a set meal in the resturant which was nice and value for money.

Parking a bit tight but ok.

It had a good size pool , the restaurant in the evening was good value & the food tasty , the hotel reception staff were excellent, friendly & helpful
