The service was the best I’d ever received. I believe she’s the owner and you can tell she loves helping people. I had just gotten out of the hospital and came to stay at this hotel when my fiance and I ran into some problems and my friend brought a dog (we forgot to check if it was pet friendly). With no hesitation she voided the charge and wished us luck and told us if we needed to come back we could. She even made us snack bags and let us keep them. The sweetest lady I’ve ever met in customer service. If I’m ever staying in LA, this is my #1 choice.

No pets allowed

I believe the owner was the one who greeted us and checked us in. After having to evacuate because of the fires in our area, this was one of the only hotels that had availability and power. The owner was lovely and greeted us with kindness and a welcome snack bag, which was much needed after a long day of stress. The room had a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and TV, all the items we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this place for the hospitality alone.

Very quiet location, the owners were super sweet and gave complimentary snacks , very safe and very nice location and for a very great price as well, would stay again and recommend anyone near by or traveling to stay here ☺️ Bed was also very comfortable and so were the pillows! They have extra blankets as well in case you don’t bring any on your trip.

We had trouble opening our door with our key but other than that amazing stay!

Very affordable, great value for the price (good sized room and beds, clean towels in room, soap bars and some shampoo provided, no breakfast but some snacks and water given at check in. Check out was just dropping off the room key in the key drop off slot by the check-in area (straightforward and quick, but was just unclear at first).

I didn't particularly dislike anything. In terms of improvement though, the bathroom could be updated a bit (bathroom fan was quite loud, but otherwise fine), and perhaps the drains checked (both the shower and sink drains would drain a bit slowly).

The room was clean and it was a good price, they also very kindly provided bottles of water and some complimentary snacks.

Well, they asked for a 60.00 cash deposit and had a long list of rules you must not break in order to get your money back. And they literally ran in and inspected the room prior to refunding my deposit. It was sort of insulting.

The room is clean and the bed was clean and big. And there is big sofa. There is microwave oven, small refrigerator, and coffee maker, and Big TV.

The water from he faucet. I do not know why the color is not the normal color of the water. In the toilet there should be small bucket of water.

Great price. Staff was super punctual and very kind. Rooms are big and clean. Good value. Near mc donalds and a sweet little cafe. Near liquor store and gas station. 5 min from groceries.

The tv was hard to use.

I struggled with the rating. This is not a 5-Star hotel, but it exceeded my expectations because I was concerned that it would be bad. Motels in this area are all over-priced, and many AB&B don't make parking available. My room was clean enough and the 2 employees were wonderful.

Lower price

Good value for the price. It was clean. The water pressure was good. Acceptable storage in the room. The staff was nice. They let us check in early. The welcome bag of snacks and water was nice.

Funny smell through the ac vent. We noticed it every time we walked though the door, but acclimated to it the longer we stayed. The king bed was not very comfortable, the couch was more comfortable. I did not find an ice machine.

Every time we have stayed the customer service has been excellent. The room is large with a sofa. It has a coffee machine as well. Every time we stayed in the area we stay here.
