TJ is a comfy and modern hotel tugged away on a side street from the beach (5 minute walk). This ensures quiet times in the room, but at the same time it's close enough to the beach. Our room had almost everything we needed including a larger bathroom with bathtub. The shower included handset and a rainshower. The room also had a safe, a minibar, free water and coffee (but no tea?). We had a small balcony overlooking the pool, although only space for one chair and a small table here. Nice drying rack for our wet clothes on the wall. The staff were fantastic and very attentive! The hotel has a nice long pool for laps as well as free access to a gym and a large sauna (being Scandinavian, I've never understood why it is great to go from a sauna back out in 32 degrees, but ok, it's there😊). Also, the bistro is next to the pool and offering a selection of surprisingly tasty Thai and western dishes and drinks. All very nice and fairly priced. The bistro also sports a nice pool table. I recommend getting your breakfast here, cause it was the best on our entire trip in Thailand. Apart from the western version with all the bells and whistles (did miss fresh butter though), they had a nice selection of Thai dishes ready. We stayed here for 6 nights and there was always a few new dishes every morning. It seems the chef also delivers to the bistro upstairs with same good quality food. There's a self-service coffee machine with ok coffee as well as as fresh made coffee and tea on the side.

We missed only a few things in the room, such as slippers and gowns to wear to the pool, but all minor details. If you need to be in the middle of the nightlife in Jomtien, this is not the place. It is however a short taxi ride away from that.

I’ve stayed at the TJ hotel 3 times.It’s a nice clean modern hotel in a quiet convenient location close to the night market and local restaurants.the room is a good size with nearly everything you need.There are two showers in the bathroom,a conventional and a rain shower.The hotel offers a small gym and nice swimming pool with sun beds.The beach is a 5 minute walk.The staff are friendly and helpful.I would recommend this hotel.

If I’m being really fussy. Very small balcony.Tiny plastic coffee cups.Only a small mini bar fridge.

The hotel facilities are great for the price you pay. Indeed good value for money. Rooms are big, nice toilet, no complaint. Gym is very decent for the hotel tier.

The pool area is nice but definitely a bit small with few beds. Although this is not about the Hotel itself, Jomtien Beach area is a bit underwhelming for a Mediterranean tourist. Beach is big but sea water is very muddy, the sand is really dirty with lack of maintenance and cleaning and there is not much going on apart from lots of restaurants & bars that are mid/low level. Sunset view is very nice though. Lots of tourists from Russia and China, possibly inland, they might have lower standards for a beach resort.

Excellent value, ultra modern hotel with great facilities, wonderful staff, high housekeeping standards, fantastic breakfast buffet, and well located for beach and Jomtien bars and restaurants. This will be my preferred accommodation whenever I visit Jomtien for sure 😁

Modern and clean rooms. Walking distance to the beach. Smiley face of beautiful Mao at level 2 every time anyone from our group or all of us came for a swim and/or lounge around the pool. We thank you Mao for your excellent service, the way you treated us and always looked happy. Staff at the reception was fantastic too.

Main disappointment. My group which consisted of 13 people and another group of 3 who joined us felt like there was a lack of drawers, shelves to put your clothes away, specially if you are spending 10 days in the hotel, not practical to live from your suitcase. We requested an iron, there was none. Apart from that, I believe that all staff members who work in any hotel should know basic English as it is an international language.

I liked the location and the friendly staff. Nothing was too much for them to make our stay enjoyable.

There is really nothing I didn't like.

The hotel provides everything I look for in a hotel - simplicity, convenience and comfort. No fancy or welcome drinks, frills or fuss. Just a nice, spacious room with air-con that worked well, plenty of pillows, and efficient lighting. The BEST part is the elevators - they don't require scanning a key to go up and down (that is my pet peeve at other hotels). The drinks cooler in the lobby was also a convenient touch (although, 100 baht for a Leo is pretty pricey).

Nothing. But a chair and maybe a workspace would be very useful. Much more so than the sofa.

Very clean very up to date the rooms were clean daily. I find no faults.

Cleanliness, comfortable, location, respectful and helpful staff, away from main road noises, nice soft beds, good looking room, nice shower, seven eleven is 5 to 7 mins walk, Spa and shops are nearby too.

Soundproof of the room needs to be improved, balcony soundproof needs to be improved too, noisy birds and dogs can be heard in the morning and they are too noisy, no ironing and the board, no cupboards, the interior of the fridge was not cleaned there were red stains, some staff can not understand English well, I have requested a Van to pick me up to the airport, instead they brought me an SUV which can not carry all my bags and my family, and then I requested a van from grab app, and I was almost late to my flight.
