We stayed at the Roas Hotel for 3 days and everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, the staff was very helpful and nice, big thanks to Elif, she is the sweetest <3 Also, the hotel is pretty close to the center of Bodrum, which is also great. Hope to be back one day :)

The staff truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Any small request we had was handled immediately and with a smile, it really made us feel at home. Mornings were a treat thanks to the breakfast service. Everything was neatly organized, always fresh, and regularly replenished. You could tell there was real attention to detail, from the warm breads to the variety of local items. Despite visiting in the colder season, comfort inside the room was never an issue. Everything worked smoothly and we rested really well each night. It felt peaceful and well-managed, a place that takes care of both its space and its guests. Would absolutely stay again

Very clean and spacious (suite) room with fridge, two tv’s and a large terrace overlooking the hotelgarden and Aegean sea. Breakfast à la carte, including special coffees and egg menu. Service at breakfast room was quite slow at times. Make sure to reserve a table, to have the best seat with seaview (4 tables only). Girls working at the reception were exceptional and hardworking. Han at the reception was helpful as well at times.

Far from Bodrum centre. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel at ease. Expected a bigger swimming pool. Several electricity cuts. Wifi slow at times.

The staff is very kind and ready to help with anything. You can reach great public beach in 10 minutes walk. Due to nature relief (Bodrum is quite hilly) the way from the beach will be up the hill. You can reach Gumbet beach and city center by bus. The bus stop located in 3 minutes walk. The room was fine - AC, hot water in bathroom and small fridge worked as expected. The restaurant has a magnificent view. Wi-fi is stable and fast enough.

The included breakfast was the same every day. You'll get eggs served to your taste (omelet with vegetables or cheese, fried eggs), plate with vegetables, 1 pancake per person, 2 baby potatoes, green and black olives, bread basket with various additions (Nutella, 2 sorts of jam, honey, veggie spread), cheese plate with raisins and walnuts. You will also be offerred tea or coffee. Overall the breakfast is good and we never were hungry, but it would be nice to get a little diversity for a long stays.

The staff was most courteous and helpful which made our stay of 4 days so comfortable. Mr. Serkan recommended and arranged a fantastic boat tour for us, along with other things-to-do. Orçan was the most gentle soul who served us breakfast every morning with such warmth and great service. Yarprak and Hans at the reception were exceptional. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the bus stop. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The views from the rooms and from the on-site restaurant (where breakfast is served) are phenomenal. Truly it's one of the main reasons to stay here. Being here in late May it was quiet and serene. We had a deluxe room on the second floor of a small building. It had a spacious balcony with chairs and a small table as well as a small drying rack. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bedroom was separate from the living room. The outdoor maintenance is pretty good. The parking outside of the building in a little lot to the side of the main road was ample and convenient. There is a public beach as well as a crowded beach club about 7 minutes walk away which was lovely. The hotel is in a less touristy part of Bodrum - many locals seem to vacation here. So it's quieter, relaxing, but has less restaurants to choose from.

This seems like a very safe and local-loved neighbourhood. However, note that at the moment the front gate is open all night. There is "24/7 reception" but from midnight to ~6am that support is reached only via WhatsApp. We felt comfortable enough, but perhaps a solo woman in a ground floor room would want to move to a higher floor.

Me and my husband booked Roas hotel for a few days of relaxing and sunbathing in Turkey! We absolutely loved the hotel and its staff, special thanks to Serkan and our breakfast waiter who have been great throughout our stay with advise, tips and chit chat, they really made us feel welcome and valued 😊 we booked a superior room and loved the view and little garden, we ended up spending the majority of our day enjoying the sun from our little garden. The restaurant is nice and breakfast is super great, with a stunning view! Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to relax a few days and not feel guilty staying in the hotel. A 20min walk down to the beach offers a great choice of restaurants for the evening, which we actually enjoyed more than going into Bodrum city.

Felt very cosy and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Incredible views from the room’s balcony, and the room itself was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, although they did seem a bit short staffed in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were both fabulous too. Was also handy that the bus stopped nearby the hotel to so getting into town was easy.

There were a couple of amenities that were missing e.g no ironing board and iron, hairdryer didn’t work properly.

The hotel was great and the staff really professional. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the view, just perfect. The room was spacious with a lounge, separate bedroom and en suite shower room, as well as a large balcony, with sunbeds and a table and chairs. Loved that there was a TV in the lounge, back to back with one in the bedroom as well! The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, including ours at home (I have already noted the brand and style for future reference!) Breakfast in the restaurant was a relaxed affair with a good selection of freshly prepared items, served at the table by attentive staff, rather than buffet-style. Added to all this, the views from the restaurant are super, which made it all the more difficult to leave.

Leaving the hotel to come home

Everything was perfect! Our family is incredibly happy with our 8 days spent at Roas Hotel! The staff team were extremely welcoming and helpful when we arrived. I come from an hospitality world where I worked for many years in a 5 star hotel in Queenstown, New Zealand so I can really talk about this topic!! The hotel is pretty up to date, super clean and our room were very spacious and mega comfortable. They have a very nice restaurant inside which offers an amazing Turkish breakfast made to order with plenty of options served on the table for you. The restaurant staff were so nice and friendly hard working people! Much respect to everyone working at Roas! Housekeepers kept our room nice everyday cleaning the floors, bathroom, making the beds and changing the towels for us. The view from the restaurant it’s stunning and the food was delicious!!! We are so happy for choosing an Boutique Hotel like Roas instead of a all-inclusive Hotel that sometimes can be very disappointing. My daughter loved the staff and was always running to the reception looking for them to interact! Every single time that we needed a taxi they called for us so this was very helpful too!! You will not gonna go wrong choosing this place for you holiday!!! The location is also perfect with a little walk to Bitez beach where you can find many restaurants and a very big playground for the children to play! Thank you Roas hotel for everything!!!
