The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, which was the main reason for our trip. The included breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of options. A big bonus was the availability of free washers and dryers — a thoughtful amenity (just remember to bring your own detergent).

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast had real cutlery and dishes to cut down on plastic. Kitchens well equipped. Hotel was thoughtfully designed, from the bathrooms being located next to the pool outdoors to the patio area with firepit and grills.

Most all hotels and short term rental properties are missing this: more hooks to hang towels and more hooks by the door for jackets!

Excellent clean and comfortable room

The woman who greeted us when we arrived was the rudest, most unfriendly employee I have encountered in years of traveling. FYI I arrived very late at 11:45PM on Wednesday 8/21/24. If I managed your hotel I would fire her on the spot. Unacceptable!

Oh the room was comfortable, I slept good. The lobby area had a lot of room, we were able to bring our dinner back and enjoy it on premises. My kids also enjoyed using the pool.

The shower water pressure, it was horrible. We were also excited for breakfast but it was not good at all. One other thing, when we checked in the front desk attendant was not very friendly, she did not provide much information. The next day I went to correct my bill and the morning attendant informed me that normally the other attendant should have explained the $15 deposit that gets refunded upon checkout. I'm not surprised considering she only spoke when I asked questions.

Well thought out, clean and comfortable. Also, Linas at the front desk was very kind, informative and accommodating. We’ve been on the road for months and stayed in many hotels and the friendly service plus the nice accommodations were just what we needed. Thank you!

Bathroom needs more hooks for towels

We have stayed at quite a few chain hotels like this one while on long road trips and this one was by far the best we have experienced. Friendly, clean, quiet, updated rooms and bathrooms, good pool, and felt very safe.

Excellent and very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. A hop, skip, and a jump from downtown restaurants and the Carlsbad Caverns. The room was great, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and overall a very lovely place to stay after hiking the Caverns.

Not a thing. The property was great.

It did what it said it would. Big room.. easy parking.. good breakfast.. simple evening food if needed..staff very friendly and helpful.. And it is in the right side of town for the Caverns.. which you MUST visit..!

Breakfast was OK, good coffee, orange juice, but nothing of the ordinary

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud especially, of course, at night. It started noisily, making you think a train was passing right through the building. It happened on an average of twice per night, enough to disturb your sleep

Very nice place. Great staff.

A bit spendy. The restaurant in the bar was not open. Which was an important feature since there are not any places to eat close by.
