And also, Behzod at reception elevated the entire experience.After having a long tired way, his welcoming smile immediately put us at ease, and his English is quite impressive, something uncommon to see in Uzbekistan, encyclopedic knowledge of Uzbek history and tourism, and unparalleled helpfulness made for a truly memorable stay. Everything is fine

Good location, excellent service, polite staff, delicious breakfast. One night was not enough to see more, but I really enjoyed. Starting from taking a taxi to hotel till i go back to train station, the guys in the reception supported. You feel the level of professionalism!!!

This is one of the best hotels in Samarkand. It is located at the heart of the city surrounded by numerous magnificent historical places and near to Registan Square and Siyob Bazar. The staff are very nice people especially Behzod and Zokir who are very polite, profesionals, helpful, friendly and spare no effort in helping us. They speaking fluent English. The rooms are clean, comfortable with a good wifi and the services are excellent. The breakfast is tasty and have variety of options at the dining room. The rates are reasonable for the services they provide. Overall experience is an excellent hotel and i recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience! Everything was well-organized and comfortable, from the friendly and professional reception to the clean and cozy rooms. The location is excellent and close to all the main attractions, making it very convenient to get around. The food was delicious and varied, and the service was top-notch. I would like to especially thank the receptionist, Behzod Norimov, who was truly exceptional. He is highly experienced and speaks four languages, including English, German, Russian, Turkish, as well as Uzbek. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay special. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay.

Located a 20 mins taxi ride from the train station….40,000 UZS max (3$ US). Albeit no parking directly in front of hotel, taxi drivers know where to drop off, there after a 3 mins walk. Location could not be better, most of the interesting sights in Samarkand are in walking distance ( there is even a sort of 12 seater car that can take one from the Siyob bazaar to the Registan for like 8,000 UZS!) Excellent staff; especially the diligent team of Bobir, Behzod and Zokir whom were always available to reply to my numerous questions! My room was very spacious and warm ( I travelled in early winter and outside temperatures could be as much as -15°). Excellent TV with the possibility of connecting to Netflix and YouTube. Coffee and tea making provisions along with a mini bar. Wifi as good as being at home! Excellent! What else? Comfy bed, good shower jet and even a bath tub…most welcoming after a days excursion walking for over 3 hours!!

No lift, however, staff always at hand for assistance. Lack of choice in minibar, however, who cares? Most items can be purchased nearby at a fraction of costs!

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. Being our first trip to Samarkand, we appreciated the local insights on places to visit, food to try, and tourist attractions. While the hotel doesn’t have direct access from the main road, it’s just a short 10-15 minute walk from the drop-off point. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Registan Square, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and the market. Special thanks to Mr. Bobur for his kindness in arranging our transfer upon check-out and helping with our luggage to the taxi. We’re also grateful to Mr. Behzod, who speaks excellent English, is friendly, and has extensive knowledge of the tourism industry in the region and beyond Uzbekistan

We love this place!! The location is within walking distance to Registan Square, Bibi Kahym, Islam Karimov mousoleum and also to the famous dining Emirhan. Due to close proximity, we can go to the nearby attractions early in the morning watching sunrise and also sunset. Its beautiful. Bazaar and many restaurants are nearby too. The room was spacious.and clean. We received tremendous assistance from Behzod since the day we arrived. His hospitaility is excellent. We extended our stay in Sangzor one more night. May we cross the path again with Behzod. Love from Malaysia :)
