We really enjoyed our stay! It was incredibly affordable and we were there for a Disney Trip so it was a nice close drive there! It’s also close to multiple eating locations and Walmart which we needed during our stay! The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff all seemed super nice! Frankie specifically was super sweet! We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided and it made for a nice start to our day!

So, the neighboring buildings seem a little sketchy when you first arrive so location in that sense is a little iffy but we had literally no problems at all! I would also say if you are ever looking at making updates new shower heads would really bring a lot to the rooms! Just something to think about! Besides that our stay was wonderful!

The staff was extremely polite and so friendly. Frankie at the front desk made everything so easy and she was amazing. This place was super clean, fresh and the attention to detail was amazing They turned the air on before I got there so the room was nice and cool. The shower pressure was very nice. Took no time to rinse my long hair. The rate was unbelievable and couldn’t believe it wasn’t more since I had checked out a lot of locations. Definitely would highly recommend this place to everyone and will be back.

Absolutely nothing

I loved the location because it was close to so many stores and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great and convenient for us. The pool was clean and a really nice luxury for the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very ample parking available.

My room wasn’t cleaned the 3 nights that I stayed there. However, I let the front desk know and they were quick to be at my room within 5 minutes with fresh sheets, towels and toiletries.

The place was very clean, updated for the most part. The check in Lady was the best one i have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond and i didn't even have any issues. We will return again for another stay when going to the parks.

Nothing bad to say about this place other than trying to get out into traffic. But that's every where I'm Orlando area

Hidden GEM! It was a nice room with a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, and a single cup coffee maker with caffeinated and decaf provided. The bathroom was nice, too. The hotel provided bottles of liquid hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The free breakfast was pancakes, toast, a couple of cereal choices, yogurt, coffee, etc.

I have no complaints about this place.

Me and my husband had a great stay over the weekend. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the ac was set in the room like a requested. Room was nice clean. The nice touch with the hanging shapoo, conditioner , body wash, lotion, and hand soap I thought it was the neatest idea and they smelled good.. the pool was clean nice also the breakfast they have a pancake maker I won’t one now for my house for the kiddos lol

Staff needs to communicate with each other. I called the day we were to check-in to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until later in the evening. Half hour later I get a call asking about when we were planning on arriving. Waking people up 3 mornings in a row at 8 am was a bit frustrating. First was because they found a room door key outside the door. Second day told housekeeping would be there at 8 so we made sure we were out by then. And housekeeping never showed up. Third day housekeeping banged on the door at 8 am but it wasn't scheduled until 9-9:30!!! She said she wasn't told. Communication would have solved these issues. Rooms were very clean but the other issues kind of over shadowed that. And the bed squeaked every time I moved. Bit annoying.

It’s my 2nd time going and the service has not failed. Super clean, beds are EXTREMELY comfy. I’m 8 months pregnant, so the pillows were top notch. Staff are always SUPER welcoming. And the part I love the most when staying multiple nights, is that they have a fridge with a freezer compartment! Since Culver’s was a few mins away, I was able to get a my favorite custard ice cream, to put away away in case my craving decided to wake me up in the middle of the night. :D I will continue staying there when going to Clermont!

Very clean, breakfast was excellent. Outside of the hotel was not as I expected, but inside was excellent. Very clean. The person in the front desk name Jay, was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Jay, for all the help. We went to Holliday inn in Miami, after this hotel. But this hotel was much better then Holliday inn. If we ever go to Orlando again, we will definitely stay in Surestay.

The out side look of the hotel. And wifi keep getting disconnected and we had to enter the password again and again. It wasn't a big deal though.

How friendly the staff were. As well as how quiet the area really is even with traffic being right there.

The vending machine being overpriced. The item stated it cost $1.75 and another item $2.25 and I was charged $5 for each swipe of my card in the machine
