This beautiful little boutique hotel was everything we look for when traveling. The owner/proprietor, Oscar, was incredibly helpful in regard to our every need/request. (And he is fluent in English!) The location is GREAT, with an absolutely fabulous restaurant directly next door. The property itself is so interesting with multiple fascinating characteristics ... the architecture, the courtyards, the koi pond, etc. And although we had heard so many things about how dangerous Sao Paulo is, we felt 100% safe, both in that neighborhood, and certainly on the property itself. (It is gated and requires facial recognition on a screen at the exterior entrance to get in.) Lastly, the price was great ... far less than we have paid for only average accommodations. Ratings of 10 across the board. If we are ever in Sao Paulo again, we will definitely stay here.

Clean and exceptionally tasteful decor. Modern entry with face recognition. Safe and quiet. Convenient location from which to Uber. Beds room and bath modern and comfortable. Great view all around and easy access to many free parking spots across the street. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Owner has a great personality.

Breakfast ends at 9:00 sharp so better get up

Oscar is a very kind, considerate and helpful host. He arranged two vehicles to pick us up from GRU very late in the evening and drop us off there again very early in the morning (we were travelling with a lot of luggage). He must have had less than 5h sleep that night. Accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable; exactly what one needs after a long haul flight.

Cute little guesthouse/hotel! The people who run the place are very sweet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have a personality, too. If you want to be a faceless guest in a giant hotel with a lavish breakfast and bar, this isn't for you; however, if you want to be a bit closer to local life, choose this!

The chef was exemplary as he looked after us despite us having to, for example, have breakfast earlier then specified. The owner Oscar went above and beyond when it came to ensuring our stay was both safe and enjoyable.

Beautiful house in a residential quarter of town, very well maintained and fully functional. Beautiful terrace with a great view on the city and very nice gardens to relax. Oscar and his wife were super helpful and helped in any possible way. Absolutely recommended in you are in Sao Paulo.

Breakfast. It could be more Brazilian. it does not need to be expensive though. It is a good breakfast, and it would be anywhere else. But being a Brazilian and staying in Brazil, well, I did expect a Brazilian breakfast.

Had a wonderful time here! Oscar and his wife are the best hosts you can find. Super helpful and friendly. Because it's a pousada hotel, the reception isn't manned 24/7, but Oscar was always very responsive and easy to reach by phone or WhatsApp. What I really liked, is that the hotel is actually a big villa. This makes you feel very at home. The rooms are perfect, the bathroom and shower are beautiful and very comfortable. And everything was super clean! The air-conditioning is completely silent, which is very nice during the night. The breakfast was delicious and served on appointment. The location is in one of the safest areas in Sao Paulo, and restaurants and shops are nearby. It's one half an hour from GRU Airport. I would definitely recommend this!
