Let me start with location, it was super conveniently close to all places we ever needed to go. There's a great mall nearby, we spent our free time in it and was able to find a few lovely restaurants to dine in. The amenities are wonderful, clean, spacious, new, well taken care of. Nothing shabby, nice smell, which is always super important for me. I knew there will be a kitchenette in the room but was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel serve breakfast. We went every morning, it was yummy, well served and offered a variety of thing to eat. The room was very clean and provided enough space, everything was nice, all appliance, devices, etc. Honestly, for this price I expected much less and was very pleased with the value we ended up getting. We'll be back!

Nothing to complain about at all. Next time we'll get a bigger room, just because it's so worth it.

The location, property, and staff were excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and the lady that staffed the breakfast area for Homewood Suites was exceptional. Although my Spanish was flawed, we were able to communicate quite well. She was incredibly hospitable and is an excellent representative of your brand. Sorry I can't remember her name, but she deserves to be recognized for outstanding service and friendliness. She checked with every guest to make sure they had everything they needed. I looked forward to seeing her every morning.

Housekeeping was non existent. The room wasn't clean when I arrived. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the microwave and refrigerator both needed cleaning and the floor needed a good vacuuming. I stayed a week and asked twice to have the room cleaned once. No one came to remove trash, provide dishwashing powder, paper towels, or clean towels. I had to leave trash near elevator. Cashless hotel was not expected nor convenient.

The floor below me was loud with screaming, jumping, loud voices of many people, I called the front dest 4 times, the front desk investigated the floor above and below, and finally the partying stopped at midnight

Hotel rooms were clean and very spacious, breakfast was amazing, and the supervisor DeAndre was so kind and friendly. We would definitely return!

There was another woman working the front desk at the homewood suites side who was extremely rude and nasty. The supervisor made up for her poor attitude.

the room we stayed in was really nice. aside from the toilet paper holder on the wall practically hanging on by a thread basically.

It was a bit confusing as 2 hotels are connected to each other. If you have to make sure you enter into the correct hotel that you are booked in to make sure they have your reservation.

Hard beds and we had to put our trash and ask for clean towels and wash clothes daily and toilet paper when needed.

Suite was super clean and spacious. Staff was great. Good breakfast and plenty of parking. Book for the next weekend already.

Breakfast was very good. Would have loved French vanilla creamer for my coffee though! Staff was very pleasant & helpful.

We only had 1 bath towel. Another one was never provided. The bathroom sink did not have any hot water-not even warm. Had to wash hands in the kitchen sink.

Great service by the staff, and the place was clean. It was very convenient being near Easton, which options.
