The room was spacious and clean. The morning breakfast was very good.

After a long day of loading a moving truck for our daughter, all my wife and I wanted to do was to relax and watch TV. This proved very difficult. Apparently, the property had recently switched from DirecTV to Spectrum. The Spectrum in TV "guides" that showed what networks were on what channels was inaccurate. In addition, the hotel did not provide a channel guide in the room so there was no way of knowing where a network was...very annoying. To top it off, it took 4-5 seconds to move from one channel to the next which further aggravated the situation.

The location was fine, with shopping nearby. It was convenient to interstate, for travel to and from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. I had an early flight out, so made getting to the airport easy. I did not have breakfast, as I had to leave before 6:00 AM all days.

The only things that were troubling, but not a big problem, was the remote didn't work well and the toilet. The remote wouldn't turn the TV on, but turning it on by the switch, using the remote to set to cable the TV would work. Then using the remote to change the channels, but using the TV to turn up the sound. The toilet would occasionally continue running after flushing. Jiggling the handle would stop the running.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast was great, bed was great!!

Only concern was another guest allegedly had their vehicle broken into. I think that's a fair thing to note. I, personally, had no other issues. It's not the hotel's fault but may be a concern regarding the area.

I absolutely loved the ladies at the front desk, Paris H. and Kitara M. They were absolutely the nicest and most helpful people! Booking.com completely dropped the ball and never actually reserved my room through the hotel. Those ladies went above and beyond to get me a room before they were completely booked. I’m so thankful they were there or I would have had to drive around looking for another place to stay while the rest of my family was at that hotel. They helped me navigate through booking.com terrible customer service. They were able to upgrade me to suite for all the trouble booking.com caused. I’m so grateful for them! The hotel also had a wonderful continental breakfast and the staff was all on top of everything.

There wasn’t a thing I disliked about the hotel. My only problem was with booking.com. I won’t ever be using their services again.

The breakfast was ok and the coffee was really good.

The cinnamon rolls were not like what we usually see at the HIX. Ran out of bananas most days. The egg choices were very plain. Usually there are cheese or vegetable omelets. One day it was an egg only omelet? Did not care for the scrambled eggs.

The front desk person Leroy is outstanding !! Very welcoming and exceptional at his job

There was some rust around the drain in the tub This could be an issue for a diabetic with open sores on their feet. My daughter and I had to wear our flip flops in

Location was ideal. Right by Easton. The staff were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff ever.

Some of the other guests were noisy and the walls were a little thin. However, when I called the front t desk and complained they took care of it immediately.

Very clean, nice staff, super nice room.

The extra deposit they charge. Wasn't expecting to spend an extra $75 upfront and have to wait for it to be refunded

Nice free breakfast, great location to the concert we were attending. Also there is a very nice place full of shops and food options only half a mile away.

Are room key would stop working randomly so I had to go down to the desk a at least 3 times to fix the issue.
