Easy to find, great location close a huge shopping mall and the airport. Room was clean and within the facility and cleanliness standard I expect from this chain.

The television didn’t work. They offered to change my room, but we had events to go to and didn’t have time. The hotel desk clerk had the personality of an ATM. She did her job professionally, but took my smile away. The pillows were flat as a pancake. We’ve had much better quality bath towels in other Hampton Inns and only had two towels for three guests. I’m sure I could have gotten more, but we were very busy and didn’t have time to make up for the hotel’s oversight. The cleaning crew was knocking on our door before check out time, didn’t wait for an answer, and walked into the room. They were apologetic. I’m not sure why I pay a higher price to stay with this chain.

The room was very nice

When I checked in, the lady at the front desk said there was $20 contingency fee. I didn't understand what that meant and questioned her. She asked if I had ever stayed at a hotel before. My understanding from her was this is fee if something should happen to the hotel room, while you are there. I had never heard of that before. I did stay at one of these hotels two years ago in Virginia. I felt awkward after this encounter.

This hotel was great. It was in a good location; the room was nice, large, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing (SO GOOD!!). They also had full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hand soap/hand lotion which was a great amenity.

The only fault I had with this hotel was that they only had one working elevator while I was staying which was frustrating.

The staff were all very polite and welcoming. I was greeted by every staff member I passed. The location is hard to beat, across the street is Walmart and Sam's club. On the opposite side you have a large shopping plaza with many great restaurants. Less than 10 minutes away from Easton Mall and could walk there on a nice day. The inside of the property is very clean and neat. There is a large sitting area with a faux fireplace, mounted television, as well as some shelves with board games and books. Breakfast is served in the same area from 6-9am. It's a traditional American breakfast bar that was very good. There is a 24/7 snack bar (for pay) and microwave right at the front desk that was very helpful. They also had personal hygiene products and Tylenol, Advil, etc. The rooms were very clean and cozy and smelled very nice. The bathrooms were clean as well with a large, sliding glass door shower. The facilities seemed clean and properly maintained as well. The pool was heated and goes from 3'-5'. The 24/7 fitness room looked great with your average hotel equipment like treadmill, bikes etc.

The pictures should be updated to show there is no longer a jacuzzi in the pool room. We looked forward to spending some time there but shocked to see it had been covered up and replaced with flooring. The shower water took some time to heat up (around 2 minutes) but once it heated up it maintained heat and pressure.

Breakfast was okay. It was expected from the place since i've stayed similar places before. Room was great! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. It was perfect for my one night stay. They also didn't trip about me checking out a little late (like 5 minutes past 11a)

The breakfast had limited options. They did fill up the eggs but there wasn't any waffle mix, but maybe I came down late. Other than that it was perfect.

Great please to stay Bennie is a very great guy he was there to make sure sure my room was up to standards very welcoming personality also I had the chance to meet Nyeema Is also a very welcoming person as well very attentive as well Oh yeah I can't forget my guy Francisco thank you for helping to get our tv back working due to the that ohio weather lol thank you guys for sure we will be back next year for sure p.s the softball guys from Florida lol

met our expectations and reminded us that Hampton ends were really a go to place for us. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff was quite accommodating and the breakfast was more than satisfactory with a lot of variety. we enjoyed the Teppanyaki grill style dining very short walk, next door 

The loud closing of the doors, which seems to be a fault of all hotels. Understanding that these are fire, safe, heavy/steel doors, we really wish they could come up with some solution so that it is not a constant “crash“ every time someone enters or exits their room, especially in the evenings and early mornings.

The breakfast was good with plenty of food and drinks (coffee, tea, orange juice).

Unfortunately, there were several vehicles in the parking lot that were broken into by a roving gang of thugs who smashed windows then entered vehicles looking for whatever items they could find then move on to the next vehicle fortunately our vehicle was spared!

Our short stay was almost perfect.

On Tuesday morning the 26th we arrived to the dining area for breakfast at 9AM. Breakfast was being served until 10AM. My granddaughter asked for waffles and was immediately and rudely told by a lady that they weren’t making anymore. At that point we checked out and went somewhere else for breakfast before we headed home. The lady’s attitude and the way she talked to my granddaughter was shocking.

I have never been to Columbus so I had NO IDEA what I was was getting into with this hotel but OMG I LOVED IT!! First of all, what a perfect location. SO MUCH SHOPPING! It is close and convenient to EVERYTHING. I was also worried because there were kids everywhere running around, but there were zero issues with noise. My room was PERFECT. It was so comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was set up for travelers with shelves and storage. I loved that shampoo and conditioner so much I immediately ordered it from Amazon (expensive!). And the breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. Biscuits and gravy! Capt. Crunch! The breakfast area was clean, organized and well stocked and it was FRESH. I was not expecting it to be so perfect.

This is a petty little comment that doesn't reflect on my outstanding experience, but I wish there was a little more fresh fruit for breakfast.
