The staff of the hotel , HK staff are courteous and are equipped with professionalism.

Other staff in the food court, need to be Lil familiar with the guest ... Overall good. Maybe it happened to me so I am putting it in the feedback, coz all guests are sometimes not well acquainted with the hospitality line. For me I was.just sitting on the chair and awaiting someone to attend me as I was unaware that it was a buffet system. So it feels me if I would have not asked one of the staff , I would have been waiting for some one to attend. Anyhow, I loved overall hospitality

The room was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and especially the One's who were at the restaurant serving breakfast were very courteous. Breakfast was good. Central location to all major attractions.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and there were sounds of drill/hammering heard till 9PM, and early in the morning from 6AM there were similar noises coming from the construction site next door which can wake you up if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Location very good, cleanliness this time was spot on especially the wash rooms , staff very courteous and helpful, great service and facilities for guests, good restaurants and bar and dinning facilities too. Staff promptly asked for any laundry as well . Transport facilities available too.

Breakfast can be improved with more variety of breakfast items in non vegetarian and over all more variety of breakfast items all together, there should also be continental food in the in room dinning menu in addition to Indian and Chinese.

I really liked the ambience, interior and behaviour of the staff. Also breakfast was really good. Hightea experience was okayish. Rooms and the view was good. Pool and gym facilities makes it relaxing. And the resturant is must try!

Nothing much to dislike. Maybe add some options in hightea menu and veg starters provided in room. Otherwise it's alll good.

Really good value for money. 2 good restaurants, clean, staff super helpful, gym and pool. Initial room allocated on 4th floor shabby and noisy but no problem changing to quieter renovated room.

Only 3 loungers by pool. Seek new room if put into an unrenovated one. A lot of building work presently going close by so views not great, and potential for noise. But would stress very good value for money.

The lobby was bright and airy, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The upstairs restaurant was excellent, great food and atmosphere. There was a great spread of Indian breakfast, which was delicious. There was lots of hand sanitiser around and the staff were constantly cleaning the communal areas.

The pool was very cold and I'm not sure anybody approved of me swimming in it!

The room was large and clean. The bfast spread was good. Overall a good Business Stay. The rooftop live band and food added charm to my stay.

Excellent breakfast spread. good choices . Live music for dinner on 7th floor was good

Had dinner in 7th floor . Being vegetarian had no choices much. had to settle with what ever we got and cost also is on higher side for the items

Warmth of staff

No sleepers kept in room Horizon Delay in services ,. Taking lot of time drinks to serve Smoking rooms be designated. Small shaving kit Razor with shaving cream dispenser will good edge. Fridge with soft drink ,tinned beer proptien bars Room outside glasses are not cleaned

Food quality was good. Breakfast had many items, but no change in items. Same items 04 days. At least 40% variation should be there every day.

It's a good experience.
