When I showed up to check in, I was met at the door by the friendliest front desk person I have ever met. I'd been on the road for 8 hours that day and it was really nice to be greeted with a smile and by someone who seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. Check-in was quick and simple, and policies were explained clearly. Front desk when I was checking out was just as great. She was so funny and nice. I travel to Florida a couple of times a year to visit family, usually stopping somewhere random for the night when I get tired of driving, but this is a good halfway point and will be where I stay when I am out this way from now on.

The bed was perfect. Very little Traffic noise because it's set off and away from the road. Manager went out of her way to be helpful. Mexican restaurant next door. Close enough to walk to but not level enough for wheel chairs

I checked in late and the front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful! The room was very simple yet clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected which gave peace of mind to climb into bed and the pillows were oh so fluffy!

The room was decently clean and the staff was nice I liked them.

The floor was kinda dirty and the sheet had a little hole in it. Also, someone had left a half eaten sandwich in the rooms fridge.

House keepers didn't attend to my needs when I asked for two days in a row

I really liked the price and how you have restaurants all around you can just walk to. But what you pay for is what you get.

The top sheet had a cigarette burn on top, the bed sheet had a blood smear on the edge as well as a bid red spot in the center of sheets, and the pillow case had makeup smears. The tub we had was sunken in.

No breakfast on the go was available. The hotel need to fix the curtain rod so a customer can close the window 100%. I had to use a garbage bag to cover the window for privacy.

Ease of access to the hotel, room was large, bed was comfortable with a memory foam mattress, room was clean. The hotel was being upgraded and there was alot of construction debris in the parking lot but I'm sure that will improve with time. The manager and staff were friendly.

There were only 2 wash cloths and they were very stained and I could not use it and only 2 hand towels as well. The room wasn't very sound proof since we heard the people next door come in late. We could not get back to sleep until they finally went to bed. The freezer was not useable since it needed to be defrosted.

It was quick and easy and affordable as well as a good location
