Great resort, had everything,

music was too loud at times 10.00am acqua aerobic heard at beach. Music loud at night after 10.30pm from foyer area heard in room. Restaurants were hit and miss, some excellent others average.. All inclusive? But + + for some dishes,

all was amazing, the entertainment group was really funny, pool activities and all that, restaurants are amazing really nice cuisine, beach seats are great. all great

the drinks at the pool aren't that great, they are really sweet and pretty much no alcohol, so just skip cocktails and ask something strong, beer is awful and theres only 1 kind of beer (presidente, it sucks), you need to pay for a corona or heineken if you want one IN AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT so that's pretty lame and make us angry, in the lobby you have jack daniels and pretty good whiskey but when we went to the disco (the disco is part of the resort and is also all inclusive), it has a low cost whiskey and low cost drinks, it didn't taste good so we never went back. staff sometimes is not helpful mostly from lobby and from restaurants or their answers are not helpful answers.

the property is massive! but there are always little carts you can jump on to take you around. we loved how you could use all the amenities for all the hotels on the resort property. Ambar was on the breach and it was beautiful, the pool is right next to the beach and a great snack restaurant to walk into for drinks and buffer food to bring to the pool or beach. it was great value for your money considering it’s all your meals, drinks, and entertainment included.

the only thing we didn’t like was that you have to reserve your dinners on the app. the app would t let us log until we checked at the resort. so almost all the nicer restaurants on the property were booked which was a huge bummer. also, the plumbing smells. we had to put a towel on the shower drain and the toilet closet door shut or the room would smell like dirty baby diapers. lastly, our giant rain fall shower head kept falling on us while we were showering.

All the staff were very friendly and made our stay great!!

The only problem we had was when we were eating at the Mexican Restaurant a bird was in the rafters walking around. The bird pooped all over my clothes, making the dinner not a pleasant one. Had to go change clothes and take a shower. No one seemed to be concerned about the matter or offered any compensation.....

the room was very good and the coffee shop as well as the buffet was excellent

the beach wasn’t as great as the pictures ( a lot of sharp rocks ) the a la cart restaurants were below average (specially the Greek and the Japanese and the Mediterranean )

Staff was amazing!

Bed was very firm - a mattress topper would help and pillows were hard. Having to reserve chairs by 7:00 am was a bit disappointing. They should have someone monitoring the chairs, if you are gone for more than 90 min - your chair is up for grabs!

The staff are unbelievably friendly. From the moment you check in, to the moment you leave you feel like they're incredibly happy to have you there! They even gave us a free bottle of prosecco and made the room all special for us, because we were celebrating our honeymoon! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The special restaurants that you can go to for dinner are far too hot. This made the eating experience a bit unpleasant especially as you had to dress up for the restaurants. Sitting in a suit or dress in a hot restaurant isn't great. It made us want to finish our meal quickly and get back to the room rather than savour our meal and order more drinks or desert. Definitely would recommend in them adding more air conditioning to those restaurants.

Amazing place to go with your spouse/partner. The attention of the staff was perfect! Great place to stay, have fun and relax! Thanks to Maria, Stefanny, walter, adrian, roberto, Deivy for the perfect trip!

Some waitress seem new and the supervisors have to remind them of certain things. The pool closes at 18:00 when still there is daylight

We had an amazing holiday! The best all inclusive hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, so beautiful beach and pool area! Delicious food! Absolutely recommend!!!

The staff was exceptional always friendly and helpful with any questions we asked. The property was exceptional as well. The grounds were impeccable. I don’t believe we ever saw any trash. All of the building and restaurants were maintained very well. We have no complaints about the food or service. There was always plenty of choices for any one’s tastes. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend this property.

The only con if you want to call it a con. We weren’t crazy about the wrist bands to unlock your room. In todays world most places we have stayed have a mobile key for your phone. This is really my only con.
