The room was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full, we didn't hear anything to disturb us during our stay. The continental breakfast was fabulous - above and beyond what we've seen at other hotels. Western Omelets, sausage, waffles, french toast sticks, and more fresh fruit selections than we've ever seen (Strawberries, cantaloupe, mandarin oranges, apples, bananas, oranges. Great job!

I did not like the breakfast. Mediocre, standard fare, little fresh fruit, and no decaf coffee. There was no extra effort put in on that spread. I was hoping for a bit more from a Hampton Inn. The AC fan starts making loud noises in middle of the night. I just turned if off and fortunately stayed comfortable. The room was comfortable, but the traffic noise was noticeable due to being on the busy road.

The staff were great, the location was near a lot of stores, the breakfast was hot and varied each day. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good. Lots of parking available. Gym was decent but did not try the pool which felt like it was a heated pool. They have a laundry room for guests, vending machine and ice machine too.

Minor issue, I was in the middle floor (of the three levels of the hotel) and I could hear the person above me walking in a particular spot. Not too annoying but could be for some people.

Front desk, room and breakfast were very good.

Breakfast: Bread slices were wrapped in food-wrap which made it very difficult to handle. Bath: Bath-tub: Who in his/her right mind will use the tub as it is designed for? Travelers want take a shower and get ready with their travel next day. Therefore tub and shower were very difficult to use and enjoy the warm water.

The room was very clean. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. Great, easy to find location with ample parking.

It was a little more than I had wanted to pay. They allow pets which puts any motel 1st on my list. We have two little dogs. I thought that one pet fee should cover two small dogs. Two little dogs still don’t make as large a mess as one big dog if an accident should happen.

Close to interstate. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had left clothing in closet and forgot to check it before our checkout. When I realized that I had forgotten them I immediately called them and spoke with Nick on evening shift and he told me to callback in the morning. I called the following morning and spoke with Jackie and she assisted me with locating my clothing and having them sent back to my home. She even let me know that they had been sent and my cost for mailing them home.

I had wanted a handicap room and none were available, therefore, the bathroom toilet sat very low to the floor. That didn’t work very well due to having both hips and knees replaced- thankfully we spent only one night there.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice staff.

Nothing, it’s great. Is it $100-more-a-night-than-the-La-Quinta-great? Hm. For some people, sure. For our family’s needs? Nah. I didn’t see the extra value in our one night stay. Still a great hotel, just not enough added value for me to justify staying again. Maybe there is an amenity I didn’t use that makes it worth it.

The young girl working the front desk both when we checked in and out was so friendly! She always spoke to us when we were coming and going. She even asked us this morning how the trolley ride we took went. I'm sorry we can't remember her name.

The location was extremely convenient and the staff welcoming. The lobby and hotel itself was beautifully designed and cozy. The room was bright and clean, well laid out and stocked with all you would need. It was quiet and the bed comfortable, I slept great! Next time I need a hotel in Butte, this will be my choice.

There wasn’t a negative.

The room had plenty of space and very clean. The refrigerator with freezer was an awesome surprise. Quiet location.

Would have really appreciated an elevator since we were on the second floor. My husband doesnt handle stairs so well anymore.
