Breakfast was very good and always well prepared. Area(s) kept clean and all was QUIET. Thankfully we did not encounter any parents who just let their children run amuck through the hotel. To my fellow travelers who were at this hotel at the same time we were, thank you for being quiet through the hallways of the sleeping quarters.

We were on the fourth floor. Internet service was NOT good. Very slow and at times just didn't work. This needs to be addressed. The room was very nice and the sitting area was comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than "basic cable" attached to the tv. The bathroom was well laid out. However, it felt like the toilet was something they pulled out of a day care center. Way too low.

The room was ready, clean and very comfortable. The staff was Exceptional from the front desk to the breakfast area. Wendy and Julene made everyone who came to eat breakfast welcome. They were always checking to see if they could get you something or do something for you. Now mind you ….. this is a self serve get your own style breakfast. These ladies really help start your day with their friendly smiles and interactions. It was more than food….it was true hospitality… like you were a guest in their own homes. The Fairfield in Butte Montana is the place to stay!

Fast check-in, which could be done online, saving from the hassle to wait in the queue. They offered me early check-in after my request, even if the hotel was very busy those days. The staff is very polite and always helpful in suggesting food options and ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was specious and very clean.

Breakfast was very basic and had very limited options. Even though there were restaurants nearby, it would be appreciated to have a restaurant for dinner. You need to request housekeeping services. Otherwise, your room won't be cleaned. There was a security deposit charged at the beginning, which could not remember to have been communicated prior to my arrival.

The breakfast was good, nothing special, but that's what I expect. The place was clean and well kept. Some years ago I had some shaky experiences with Fairfield Inns, and had been avoiding them. But in 2021 I spent a week in one in Alamosa, CO and found it very well-run. Looking at the ratings your Butte facility was my first choice, and I was happy with it.

Nothing comes to mind.

Breakfast was good with plenty of options and was constantly updated if they ran out of things. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and a very good restaurant right across the street. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

I'd have rated the hotel higher if it'd not been this expensive for a night. Location is pretty remote from the center of the city.

The check out time is at noon, even for non-members! I felt like I wasn't rushed in the morning, and the breakfast was also a plus.

I just wish they'd have bacon or hashbrowns in their breakfast line choices. Maybe they do on different days? I also wish I had tub in my room instead of just showers but that could just of been the room I was in.

The hotel, staff, room and complimentary breakfast were all excellent.

Unfortunately, Butte Montana is an 'Arm Pit' of a city. Going south to visit family from Canada to Wyoming next year we will probably stop in Dillion just down the road. I know this is not your companies fault....

Pleasantly surprised - really well built, quiet and well serviced. The breakfast also had oats with a good range of fruit (not many do).

Half a mile down Harrison Avenue would have been perfect!

Everything was top rate, clean and very quiet. Close to restaurants and anything else you may need. I would definitely stay here again

The mini fridge would only stay cold if you pushed a button every two hours and it had no little freezer to keep ice packs cold.

Staff was very friendly. I’m allergic to eggs and I don’t eat sugar so breakfast is always a challenge
