Loved the privacy of this suite. It is the only room we've stayed so far that had a separate door to the bedroom area. Spacious room with 2 closets space near the front door and in thr bedroom. The living room has good amount of seating area to accommodate 4 doors or more.

The bathroom smelled moldy. We cannot locate where it is coming from.  There is a kitchenette but empty, no glassware or dinnerware to use. We are left with paper & plastic cups. Wifi was flaky.

Good assortment of breakfast items

Breakfast was great. There was a good number of choices. Hotel location and staff was excellent. I forgot a Fire Tablet and getting it back was easy with the helpful staff.

There were no USB ports anywhere in the room. Luckily we brought along plug-in adapters so we could charge our electronics.

The staff was amazing in all aspects! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ample. The pool and hot tub area was clean but in need of some renovations. We had a mix up in our room with booking.com and Quincy, the GM, fixed it immediately to help accommodate my family of 6.

The listing in booking.com was misleading. It said there was room for 6 with a king bed and two bunk beds. Not true. There is one bunk (2 beds and 1 king) and can only accommodate 4 people. NOT the hotel's fault. The bathroom needs better ventilation as it seemingly had no fan and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

They didn't acknowledge we are members - plus there was a weird heater(or something) closet in my room,.that was creepy and loud

The breakfast was perfect for my kids! They loved it!

Maybe, just the dirt at the bottom of the hot tub. Other than that no complaints.

We booked at the last minute due to poor road conditions. We asked for an early checkin and the desk staff and house keeping staff was very accomodating. Much appreciated! We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have not been disappointed. Also, the breakfast is excellent.

IHG property, location, staff and cleanliness

4 Trucks with trailers taking up 4-6 parking stalls each limiting parking and having to park “off” site

Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and the gentleman working was awesome keeping everything full and was very pleasant.
