My husband was struggling with breathing problems, so asked for a 1st floor room. Courtney, who was staffing the check-in desk, was sooo very sweet and helpful! I was completely frazzled from long driving days trying to get my husband home and she was so very kind. She gave us a room right next to an exit to the parking lot, so that we didn't have to walk far from the car to the room, and even took the luggage trolley to that door for us. Those simple acts of kindness made the biggest difference in my day, but also showed me the kind of organization this is. We will frequent them again! Additionally, the connected restaurant (although managed separately) was wonderful and, when I asked for a quiet table explaining I was frazzled from travel, the manager and hostess immediately figured out which seating was quietest. And Sage, my server, was again very solicitous and kind. By the end of the meal, thanks to Courtney and Sage, I was fortified and ready to face the remainder of our trip.

There is nothing I could say that I didn't like, except that I wasn't able to enjoy what looked like a great pool facility! But that was my fault, not theirs!

Just a little outskirty of the town of Butte makes you feel a little safer in this messed up world we live in. Dealt with a lot of different staff, they were all so kind and smiley! Very welcoming, the room had a hint of cigarette smoke, not a couple sprays your your perfume took it away. Restaurant attached….. AMAZING FOOD!! Some/one of the bar tenders couldn’t handle it and left crying, so we did get ignored once out of the three times eating there. Meal should of been free in my eye, but what’s free anymore.. all and all.. WOW! I’m very happy with my 2 day stay. Good job guys!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The rooms are huge, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the hot tub is hot, the staff are amazing, and the entire place is chock full of little wonderful extras. For example, there is a bowl of fresh fruit at the front desk that anyone can help themselves to at any time. There is a coffee and hot chocolate stand in the lobby for the same purpose. The breakfast blew our socks off. It included a wide array of truly delicious hot choices, plus tons of fancy fresh cut fruit (pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, melon, etc..... which is a big deal when those things are off season because it's the middle of Jan), plus fresh baked goodies, real juice, cereals, etc etc etc. This place is an absolute steal for the price and I cannot recommend it enough.

The property was amazing! Top notch, our favorite hotel to date! Room opened up pool side, so easy for kiddos after long travel. We choose the restaurant associated with hotel. Food was great! Shower pressure was amazing! Beds were comfy! Check out was 12pm! Breakfast was amazing! 20 stars! Literally overwhelmed with expectations and could not be happier with our stay!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations, we will rave about this stay to everyone!

Room was roomy and recently renovated. Beds are very comfortable and having the restaurant onsite was a definite plus.

We booked to have a living room area with couch, etc and paid $20+ more than we would have paid for the room we received which did NOT have this furniture. Our room was fine but not what we booked. Since we were staying only one night, we made do. Not sure if the misrepresentation was by hotel or booking.com but I have not run into ANY previous issues with booking.com like this before and we use it a LOT all over Europe, US, and Canada.

Excellent room, had a separate room inside of it for the kids. WiFi allowed us to connect our Apple TV. Breakfast is decent and the pool was a blast. We ended up staying an extra night.

It wasn’t mentioned on booking.com but they put an extra $250 hold on your card for the duration of your stay and released upon checkout. If you don’t have the ability to do that, you probably can’t stay. Should be listed for younger folks that may not have the ability to do that.

How lucky that we found this fabulous hotel! Located across the street from the Butte airport, Copper King is close to the action without being noisy or crowded. We had a great stay and very much enjoyed that our room (#220) opened straight to the pool area. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was refined, clean, and quiet even though every room was taken. Our morning was made better by the exceptional breakfast we enjoyed. Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Fruit, Pastries, Cereal, Oatmeal, and waffles with at least 5 toppings were available and the attendant was wonderful. I can’t say enough about this place. We only wish we could have stayed for a second night.

Comfy and quiet on the side we were on. Our pup loved snuggling and she didn't want to leave. Very nice stay for how exhausted we were from driving. It was a nice touch to get a little doggie bag w treats, paper bowl, poop baggies too...I just wish our girl wasn't so picky haha!

Just that there wasnt a place to hang the towels. A towel rack in the bathroom would be great to have.

The service from the staff was impeccable. Adam, the ASM made sure the pool was open earlier so we could enjoy it before checkout. Beverly Ann was a staff member that we visited with who also made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is top notch, the meats were cooked just right and all the offerings were fresh and displayed nicely. Our room was INCREDIBLE, it was a King suite. It was so clean and extremely roomy. Our room was poolside which I thought might be noisy, but ended up being very peaceful. The restaurant on site, Rib & Chop, is so tasty! They made sure that food didn't come in contact with gluten while being prepared and that's very important for me as I have celiac. We cannot wait to return and stay again!

Staff was amazing here. My daughter was having meltdown after meltdown after our long drive and the staff was extremely caring and helpful. Can't say enough. This is an excellent stay and if the opportunity arises we will be back.

The elevator in the rear is a bit old compared to up front, and our room had no window
