The accommodation was great value for money. A spacious apartment with a balcony, a bathroom and a small kitchen with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, hot water heater and coffee maker. The reception is staffed 24/7; staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Unlike the regular bed, the sofa bed was not exactly comfortable, especially for multi-day stays. The kitchen was functional, but best suited for simple meals. Not bad but helpful to know: The accommodation is situated in a residential neighborhood; city traffic during the day, but quiet at night. It is a 20-minute walk to the center, through an area that is a little run-down. The alternative is a 5-minute walk to the tram that goes to the center.

Loved this place and so did our cats; very modern, comfortable, pet-friendly and practical apart-hotel. Great to have little kitchenette. Felt very cosy and comfortable. Plus in summer so nice to have airconditioning! Staff were helpful and there is a very comfortable, waiting area out the front near reception. Close to tram and walkable to train station if you are not over-burdened with luggage.

Little bit of a walk from the train station with our bags and the cats on our backs (yes we are weird cat people who take our cats on holiday in extendable cat backpacks :-) ) - but that was a great way to get in some exercise and elevate our daily "step count;' plus plenty of pretty, historic-looking local homes and buildings in leafy-tree-lined streets to see.

Staff is welcoming and helps travellers to their best within the rules of the hotel. There are several open and waiting places (lobby, patio, working space). The room is quiet, well furnished and clean. And there is free storage for luggage for a day visit. The tramway is not very far and reaches city centre quickly. (Garcia Lorca B to come back from the city centre )

The booking process is not through Booking directly. There is an email to respond to. amex cards do not work. And during the stay a bigger amount than the room cost is put on hold. (For me it was 90euros put on hold for a 70 EUR room).

Great for a couple nights. Not super close to anything but only about a 20min walk to all the touristy spots. Nice location and near a Lidl, great for if youre planning to cook which we did one night. We had issues with the air conditioning on the first night it just seemed to switch off and wouldnt come on so I had a terrible sleep (35degrees July) but thankfully the second night it seemed to stay on just fine!

Excellent location near (5 mins walk) Noveau Saint-Roch tram lines 2 & 4. Or a 10-15 minute walk to La Comedie in the centre. We stayed in a studio apartment, which was perfect for 3 people. Small kitchen area and lovely bathroom. Parking for us was on-street due to the height restriction of the underground carpark 1.9 mtr. On-steeet is 35€ for 24 hours! We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Nothing in the hotel, it was great and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Perfect location: just a 10 minute walk to the 'orange' tourist area on the map and a couple of minutes walk to the nearest tram line . Very quiet at night The kitchenette was great, equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, electric 2 ringed hob.and crockery, cutlery for 2. Comfortable beds. In a decent sized room. Could easily walk around the bed! Plenty of electric sockets and a couple of USB points- very handy! Everything was clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and contact prior to booking in was excellent .

A couple of minor points: Towels were a bit small and starting to look a bit threadbare. One did have a hole. We would have preferred larger cups/mugs. Appreciate the ones provided were for use with coffee machine.

The hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance of the old city etc. The rooms are generously sized, the staff is nice, and the parking was very reasonably priced. The area felt safe to walk in.

We had a couple of small glitches: the hotplates in our room did not work, so we had to change rooms. When we were relocated the bar fridge in the new room seemed to have a problem and was emitting a lot of noise, to the extent that it sounded like a bathroom fan. The staff on hand (late at night, to be fair) did not really know how to sort either problem, other than moving us (after we had laid out all our belongings in the room) or in the second instance telling us to turn the fridge to zero (which didn't help with keeping our food and drinks cold).

Although the room is not very spacious, it has enough space for comfort and includes a closet and a cupboard to store our luggage and personal items. The small, cute kitchen was a highlight, equipped with a stove, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen accessories. I loved both the room and the kitchen. The location is convenient, not far from many attractions. Overall, a great value for the price!

A great base for a stay in Montpellier. It's easy to get anywhere from here. There are buses and trams within 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, and it's about 15 minutes to walk to the centre. The Gare Saint-Roch SNCF station is 2 tram stops away for day excursions to other towns in the area such as Sète or Nîmes. Several supermarkets, including a 24 hour Casino on Avenue de Toulouse, are reachable on foot in about 10 minutes or so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all the dishes and cooking utensils needed to prepare simple meals were provided. The air conditioning worked during the recent "canicule" (heat wave) when outside temperatures hit 40C.

The one thing I would change is the colour scheme in the corridors. It was a little dark for my liking.

The two staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young man (can't remember his name). Comfortable beds, easy access by tram, all the basics provided for cooking and eating for four people. Baggage storage for arriving early or leaving late. 2 Smart TVs.

We had a room with a fold-out sofa bed (4 people - two adults and two teenagers) BUT it was an adjoining room and we could hear EVERYTHING the people next to us were doing and EVEN HEAR THEIR CONVERSATIONS!!! We asked to change rooms because it was going to be impossible to sleep. The young man at the front desk was VERY UNDERSTANDING and changed the room for us.
