Stunning location with sea view. Beautiful pools and terraces. Lovely room and always very clean. Reception staff very helpful.

Restaurant staff on first night not very helpful or attentive. A shame as the food was very good but we didn't eat there again. It was also deathly silent as there was no music playing and it would have been easy to have something playing in the background. Drinks bar arrangement could also be easier, and really for a 5star hotel someone should come around the pool area in the afternoon and take drinks orders, in my opinion.

The pictures online does not do this place justice! Completely amazed when we arrived not only the views, but how large the resort is. if you’re a couple that like some privacy, there are multiple floors that the resort ownes for you to have not only private time but private time by the pool and other stunning views as there are many pools and various places on the property! I Absolutely would recommend I want to look to come back myself.

The only issues we had was in regards to getting picked up and dropped off by Taxis. The property sits on the top of the hill of a long drive, and some drivers were reluctant to go up, which made some things difficult.

We loved the location of the hotel (at the edge of Cala Fornells, right in front of the of a beautiful cove, and not far from several others). The Gardens were absolutely breathtaking The food was pretty good and well priced (in fact, we ended up eating at the hotel much more often than anticipated as the food and location combination was great).

The interior of the hotel is a bit outdated, and while the stone floors and sea views remain beautiful, the forniture could use some updating (especially mattress and pillows in the Junior Suites). The service was a bit hit and miss: some of the personnel were very good and “caring”, while others didn’t really make us feel like we were in a luxury/5 star hotel.

We stayed at this amazing hotel, and we can’t stop talking about it. We were lucky enough to snag the Tower room, which is the highest one in the hotel, and it really made our trip feel extra special. The views from up there were absolutely stunning. Every morning and evening, we had perfect views of the sea, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that made everything even more magical. The room itself was spacious and cozy. The whole hotel was fantastic. The pools and terraces were perfect for relaxing. If you’re planning a trip to Mallorca, I’d highly recommend trying to get the Tower room. It made our trip unforgettable, and we’re already dreaming about going back :)

Very beautiful sea view from the balcony and the hotel territory(restaurants included). Was pretty quiet and the nature around is great to explore. The sea itself is clean and you can go snorkelling pretty much everywhere.

It’s not a 5 star hotel at all. It’s too expensive for what you are getting. Also if you don’t have a car it’s going to be difficult with hills I would give it maybe 4 but only if the hotel will make a huge modernisation. Rooms are not in a bad shape but old fashioned and the hotel itself (pools for example) needs renovation. The breakfast is also not that great but of course you are not going to be hungry .

I loved absolutely everything with this fantastic hotel. It’s beautiful and serine. The staff is wonderful and restaurant has amazing food. We spent 9 days there with our two mini dachshunds and we loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely come back again.

It had a relaxed but Beautiful feel. The different places to relax felt private but still gave you wonderful views and access to facilities. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and having arrived a little sweaty because I’d gone to the wrong hotel and had to walk up the hill with our case, the receptionist grabbed bottles of iced water to help cool us down.

The only issue was limited parking for our hire car

The staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size and clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and an excellent choice was available at both breakfast and the evening in the a la carte restaurant. The location provided excellent views.

The parking was quite limited but we did always find a space. It was a bit further from Paguera than we thought and could cause a problem for people with limited mobility.

A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The views are amazing, the gardens and terraces are pretty, comfortable and private. We stayed in a deluxe suite and loved the space, both indoor and on the lovely sunny terrace with sea views. Large bed, extra blankets, very soft bathrobes, and a smart TV. Some wonderful little coves right outside for swimming. The staff were friendly and professional. We had half board and although the dinner menu is quite limited, it encouraged us to try dishes we wouldn't usually. The quality of the food was excellent. This hotel was very quiet, which might not suit everyone, but we loved this as we wanted to switch off and relax. I believe we were the only guests who weren't German, but this was fine by us as we find Germans in general to be very respectful and pleasant. Our stay was very good value. The hotel is quirky and wonderful and we would definitely return.

We had no hot water when we arrived and we had to ask twice before this was rectified. The WiFi situation is strange. You need a separate code for each device, and each one is written on a tiny slip of paper. Despite our best efforts we never managed to connect to WiFi. However, this was not a problem as we used mobile data instead. There wasn't a safe in our room so hiding our passports wasn't great.

We love this hotel. It's a small family run hotel with several small pools and lots of different areas to sit in, making it very relaxing and quiet. The restaurants are so good and all the staff are lovely. We go back year after year and will be back again next year!

The only issue we had was that the mattress on the bed was very hard, so it was not very comfortable.
