Spa....was hard to find time available time, therefor couldnt use it all...that was pritty surprising, coming from Estonia where we have lot of spas and entrance availability is never on issue. Probably your spa is too small and limited space. Breakfast very OK, but not enough space and hard time to find every time available table. Fitness very OK. Few more equipment and it would be perfect for the hotel quest, as i am a regular fitness center visitor.

The hotel as such is a good quality hotel, but not exceptional. What makes it great is the manor and the huge yard, which add a lot value to the stay. The spa is quite small, but quite nice. The breakfast is served in the manor house, which is really beautiful and the food selection is good as well. It did get quite crowdy at 9.00. Overall we had really nice stay and would recommend to anyone seeking for beauty, romance, nature and some spa time.

There was nothing really that we did not like.

Beautiful surroundings with access to nature and the Baltic Sea. Delicious breakfast. The manor house room extremely comfortable (one of the best beds I’ve tried) with a modern AC system. Spa access was excellent — we enjoyed each day.

The only negative thing I can think about was that the dinner in the main restaurant wasn’t the best price-quality as it was very expensive (16 euros for about one desilitre of chanderel soup), but still a good experience all-in-all.

Even though staff in the breakfast wasn't the best, the food was superb. Spa was very well equipped with nice Saunas and Jacuzzis. Food in the spa lounge was delicious as well. We had plans to go to the city center but ended up staying the whole day there.

Staff at the breakfast was a bit rude since it was very crowded, we only had coffee after we finished eating. In the spa pool, there were kids throwing water everywhere. What should be a romantic relaxing pool with my partner became annoying because the parents didn't look out for their kids.

During our trip to Helsinki we decided to have an overnight stay at the hotel, use the spa and have a massage as well. The hotel is located in park land and a beautiful setting. The staff on arrival were extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. We were able to checkin earlier than expected and the room was perfect. We used the Spa which had everything you could want and was not too crowded and helped us relax before having our dinner. Food was excellent and the service very good. Breakfast was a buffet and had everything that you could want with efficient service and friendly staff. Our massage was very good with experienced and expert people. Overall, we would recommend this hotel as it provides a peaceful, tranquil and very enjoyable experience.

Overall staff is very helpful and hotel is really clean. Location was amazing and you have lake view from your room. Breakfast was really satisfying. Overall facilities and staff was amazing.

Our room was just across main door to the floor and during night the floor door was constantly banging and kept us wake. There is really no sound proofing at all, you can hear when others laugh.

The place is a perfect combination of modern in the spa hotel and tradition in the old manor. Amazing view to the sea and spa with a lot of facilities! Staff were really friendly and room was big, clean and comfortable with perfect view to the sea! Spending New Year at Haikko was amazing experience!

Working time of restaurants (kitchen)and facilities could be extended when there are a lot of guests.

The spa was great, although the infrared sauna didn’t seem to be heated or working properly. The bathrobes and towels comfy. The breakfast was superb and the location really nice.

The slippers are charged extra 3,5€ per person on the standard rooms, but when we made the booking via booking.com they were mentioned in the included amenities of the room, which was the reason we didn’t pack our own. The spa & congress building rooms were a bit outdated, for this room rate (170€/night) we would at least have liked a smart TV with streaming options, maybe a kettle as well.

Absolutely fantastic views to the archipelago. Manor is rich in history. Spa centre was great, too. A very relaxing, elevating and nourishing experience all in all.

The booked room didn't match the photos from the booking list at first. But the staff members were helpful and nice; the room was changed to match what had been initially booked and paid for.

Location is relaxing, beds are comfortable, reception stuff is friendly and helpful. Swimming pools and saunas clean and good. Comfortable beds. All over nice place to stay for adults. Would recommend and if staying in area, choose again.

Breakfast in Manor house could be more variative and better quality. I thought fins are coffee people, but still offering morning coffee from big coffee thermoses. It was at 8 o'clock am lukewarm and I don't talk about the taste... No cottage cheese served, tomatoes only in cherry version, scrambled eggs was oversalted first day we stayed. Despite of agreed breakfast time the breakfast hall left over furnished impression - tables too close each other while no one sited there, but you have to find your way to food serving table. Bathroom was small in standard room, uncomfortable to reach mirror for make up, no make up mirror. No shampoo or other body care products. Minibar list was written extra small font size to key holder pocket, so I found it second day of our staying.
