Friendly reception at the front desk. Spacious and clean room. Good beds. Shower and toilet were fresh. In other words, all the basics were as they should be. Good price and close to the old town, while also being well located for where we were going. Good value for a twin room for me and my daughter (16 yo). The breakfast was absolutely perfect in a calm environment. I love the Karelian pies.

No major issues. One of the staff showed up unannounced and without knocking while we were in the room, but misunderstandings happen.

Perfect price-to-quality ratio. Very convenient and accessible room. Plenty of parking spaces in a private hotel parking lot. Hassle-free check-in and self-checkout.

The location was a bit off from the historical center. On the other hand, it was very quiet. I saw a hare and a fox on a single evening walk back to the hotel :).

Perfect budget option. Location is reachable if you're not walking or if you really like walking. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, there is even a sauna.

Location is remote, building looks old and worn, breakfast is mediocre. But these are all sort of expected for a budget option and none were big problems.

Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast and we really appreciated being able to do our laundry. The owner is super nice and speaks English, which was very helpful.

It's a bit out of the way. Walkable to town but not that fun on a hot, sunny day.

The rooms are nice and clean, fairly large. WiFi connection worked quite well, with no issues. The room also had a free instant coffee + tea packets and a kettle ! Friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful breakfast ! There is also a sauna and public room with microwave, kettle and fridge, free to use !

The location is quite a bit away from Porvoo, so you need to walk, but considering the beautiful Porvoo and surroundings, it's a joy. I also was quite confused about check-in process, as the door was closed when I've arrived thankfully someone opened that for me in a few minutes.

Clean room, comfortable bed, caring staff, fully equipped kitchen at the end of the corridor, good powerful hairdryer in the bathroom.

Distance from the center but it didn't spoil the overall impression. There is no any cafe nearby, the nearest is 20 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel is located in an old hospital and it surely has an unique atmosphere. Super clean, pleasant staff and clear check-in instructions. Our room had everything that we needed. I'm not lactose intollerant, but I liked that the place thinks with its breakfast options also about people like that.

Only twin bed and no double bed rooms for 2 people. Leaking toilet shower.

Big clean, very well built building. Good room sizes and decent breakfast. Approx 20 minute walk from lovely river and old town area

Extremely clean. Very polite stuff. Nice hotel near the old city of Porvoo. There is common living room,kitchen and dining room. Always someone in the reception. Big free parking space.

The style of the hotel is old fashioned, but this didn't bother us!

Close to old town, clean room and nice breakfast - definitely worth the price. Great choice if you plan to visit Porvoo and focus on sightseeing.
