Though we didn't have a car and we needed to attend a family wedding, a driver was made available at a reasonable rate. The receptionists made a lot of effort to handle various problems.

Not the venue's fault, but my 82-year-old mom stumbled on a stair and hurt her foot so badly, she needed to attend her granddaughter's wedding in a wheelchair. When we left for the wedding venue, a lower gate was left open to make reaching the car easier. When we got back, requests to keep the gate open had been ignored, forcing my injured mom to climb down a fairly long staircase.

The hotel in his globality is tasty decorated and have a lot of surprises. The size of the room was perfect and I m not talking about the shower. The bed was super comfortable The staff was super helpful for everything. We had an issue with the rental at the airport The staff found out 2 options for us in not even 30 min and was much better than the car rental agency we had at the beginning. Even during the evening we want to eat but went to tired to go to te restaurant and the night receptionist ordered for us delivery food because Uber eat is not working well there. We loved the view on Bacoli, the castle, is insane. The huge terrasse is more than pleasant to have a drink after a long day to visit and beach. Price is decent for what you get. Quiet place, not to much rooms so not too much people. Conclusion: I could go back there closed eyes.

We liked everything. The garden, the beauty of view, the atmosphere, gorgeous breakfast room … tranquility. The very good bed, mattress, linen. They prepare an exceptional good cappuccino. One of the best I drank in area in Bacoli and Naples. Only in iconic Naples Gambrinus Caffe I drank better cappuccino. The hotel gave us a free lift to the nearest train station as well. We would like to thank you so much for our very delightful stay in this so cozy and charm hotel 🤗.

Incredible. A fantastic venue for any event. Numerous areas both indoors and out with incredible views. Our suite had an outside terrace that was twice the size of the room. There was an extensive breakfast buffet and fabulous cappuccino. The bar area where breakfast was served has a grotto with running water. All the staff was extremely responsive to any requests. The facility has its own parking.

We had an outstanding four night stay here and plan to return in the future! The property is gorgeous, very well maintained, and has stunning views of Baia Castle, the Bay of Pozzuoli, and Mt Vesuvius. Our room was a good size, nice closet space, really spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space. Good water pressure and the a/c worked really well. The bed was comfortable and the room was simply decorated, but had a full length mirror, plenty of outlets, a kettle, mini fridge, tv, hair dryer, etc, and was very clean. Breakfast is served in the gorgeous cave-like restaurant and was good but nothing special; no hot food, but very typical Italian spread. There is a lovely lounge area too. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were all so attentive and friendly and helpful. Truly some of the best customer service I've experienced... anywhere! They even helped us order food to the hotel one night. We loved having drinks on the 3rd floor terrace every evening, enjoying the view. Just something to note - there was an event every night (weddings, I believe). This made no difference to us. There was always still a parking spot for us, twice there was live music (that we got to enjoy), and fireworks. Nothing lasted too late (maybe ended around 11pm) nor interrupted our sleep. The staff, even though there was so much going on, were still attentive to us. It's honestly a beautiful place to have an event! But if something like that might bother you maybe ask the hotel if how many events there will be during your stay. One other thing, which wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone else... you definitely need a car to get there. We were already familiar with the area, so we know what it's like, but others may not. There are not restaurants or shops in easy walking distance. But you need a car in this area in general anyway. It's totally worth it for the gorgeous view!

View from this hotel is absolutely amazing! Breakfast was good, no complaints. Room was clean, well equipped, bed was comfy.

I have booked a table for a dinner for our arrival date weeks in advance and it was confirmed by hotel. When we arrived, we were told there is no dinner possibility because of wedding - it makes sense for me, but we were not warned and it changed our planes.

Lovely hotel, in a great location and very friendly staff. The room was well equipped and had a wonderful balcony with fantastic views.

Only that the shower could have been cleaner as it looked like it needed a good bleach and scrub around the bottom. The rest of the bathroom was very clean though and was nicely decorated. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open, as it’s too far to walk into the town.

The Villa was an exceptional experience. The place was amazing, the room was comfortable, the view, the breakfast all were amazing. Special thanks to the lady on the reception she was very friendly and welcoming.

The Villa was fabulous, the owners( their family) and staff went above and beyond to assure that my daughter and I were happy, I mean they genuinely cared!!

Whatever it was that I didn’t like it had nothing to do with Villa Gervasio!-“and it’s staff!! I’m from the US so we eat whenever we want, but In Italy there’s a timeframe in which meals are served 7:00am- 10:00am breakfast, 12:00pm- 2:00pm lunch and 7:00pm -12 am dinner. This is the culture and I didn’t do my research but at the Villa Gervasio they went out of the way to get my daughter and I something to eat during the restaurant pause period and I am thankful. I’m even considering making this an annual visit !

Lovely breakfast with everything we needed. Bonus for not just having sweet cakes on the buffet but fresh fruit and bread and yoghurt as well.

No bar or restaurant open during our stay so had to drive away for both lunch and dinner (no restaurant within walking distance).
