Great location, very convenient for some of the most lively and interesting parts of this beautiful, charming city. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to borrow an iron with little difficulty. They were tolerant of my very imperfect Spanish.

Some of the furnishings had seen better days. There was a cupboard in the desk with a broken door, so when I opened it, it came off in my hand. There is a downside to the great location: my room overlooked a very popular street, so it could be quite noisy at night. I have lived in busy cities for most of my life, so this isn't a problem for me, but visitors from a quieter place might struggle with the noise level.

Excellent location. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, beach and city centre. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. This hotel is affordable, comfortable and offers excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we slept really well here during our visit.

The walls between rooms seem very thin, so we heard other guests having conversations, taking showers etc. in the neighbouring rooms. However, we would still recommend this hotel, because of its many advantages, and will definitely stay there again.

The receptionist, Inez Maria was muy amable. She gave us a map and explained in full detail which streets to go for food and drinks. Even which museums to go to. The hotel is near the beach snd the marina. Also close to a Gadis supermercado as we needed to buy some drinks. They also allowed to keep our luggage after checkout.

There was a problem with the lift but it was not a problem for us for we like taking the stairs. There also an ongoing roadwork in front of the building but it’s all good.

Nice shower, decent location, quieter than some in the area. They did a nice job of keeping up the room.

The staff was adequate if not great. It would have been nice to have an extra pillow for the bed and a refrigerator or maybe a mini kitchen as some similar and nearby places provide for use of the guests.

Excellent location with great restaurants near by. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

The shower was broken, there was no water pressure. Also a small fridge would have been nice to store some beverages and food.

The location is great. Walking distance from the Beach, restaurants and shops. It is pet-friendly!

A great located hotel, with a friendly staff and a very comfortable and big room. Liked very much the fact that I had the option to choose a smoking room:)

A small fridge could be nice

Nice, spacious room in a good location for the city centre attractions. The receptionist was very friendly and there is a book exchange too.

A do not disturb sign should be made available to put on the door. The cleaner entered my room without knocking whilst I was getting changed - obviously this was awkward.

The stuff kindly allowed us to stay with the dog during the blackout and pay next day. It was really kind! Great central location and value for money.
