The room I was initially assigned had a problem with the lock. The young lady at the desk was very helpful, and when she couldn't get it to work she gave me another room. She was very nice. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't get the smoke smell out of the room no matter how often I sprayed Lysol. This covers the good and bad .

This experience gave me a whole new outlook on Motel 6! Very affordable and great experience from the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms/property. I will be returning from now on to visit my son.

Nothing that the hotel did wrong. If you are African American the surrounding businesses are the most welcoming. We kept getting crazy stares like we werent supposed to be there. Other than that, everything was greattttttt!!!!

I had never stayed in a motel before this was my first time, I always stay in a 3-4 star hotel. I was very skeptical. I was looking for a one-night hotel to attend an open house for my daughter at VMI. Every hotel within 1-2 miles was sold out. I must say this changes my view. The room was beyond my expectations, very clean, smell good and had comfortable beds. location and price were also great. I will stay there again

My only concern was there was no shampoo. The water pressure was too high.

3 out of 4 nights my key didn’t work. After a long day I just wanted to get in my room. Instead had to go back downstairs, wait for attendant, go back up for him to let me in. Minor inconvenience. Wish there were a few more options in the vending machine. And maybe hot chocolate along with coffee.

It's worth what you pay. Clean place at all. No bad smell. No crowd or bad neighborhood. Just near the highway exit and restaurants around.

Maybe the TV. happy if there's a TV that can be linked to the mobile phone. but I think as this is not a very expensive place, it's not a big deal.

The rooms were very neat and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!!

A coffee maker in the room would have been nice. Also, having a breakfast would probably entice more people to come here.

Had lots of issues with card entering room and only able to access room from outside which was pretty cold at the time. But nothing to do with great staff, very clean rooms which is my main priority.

Excellent location right off the Interstate, very clean and quite. If you want a simple clean place to stay and you have pets, this is the place to stay!!!!

For the money, this place has everything you need for a simple quite and clean stay when you have pets. We had no trouble at all, everything was clean and everything worked in our room.

Staff was friendly, great customer service, room was clean and nice, we were right next to the ice machine so good location in the hotel.. decent pricing.. right next to the gas station and Dunkin..
