kinder are welcome, staff is very helpful and polite, the price of the hotel is slightly a bit more than what you get, breakfast was good with both salty and sweets stuff

Turkish bath was not working, Sauna is pretty small and there are no cold showers (or ice) in the nearby, pools are not at the same level of those of other hotels in the same city

We booked here for the thermal pool and weren't disappointed! Even though it was cold outside when we went, the pool was a lovely temperature and we spent a few hours there each day. The children loved it! Don't forget a cap though (they do have them in the bathrooms). We had 2 rooms - both were huge and looked out over the pool. The bathrooms were spacious and one had a separate dressing area. The balconies were also large. All 4 of us could easily eat out there, overlooking the pool and hills beyond. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. We also liked the town of Abano Terme - very relaxed, but close to Vicenza.

The only thing we missed was more fresh fruit at breakfast, but that is really a minor thing.

We were staying over New year's eve for 9 nights,and wasn't disappointed 🎄 It's our second holiday with Helvetia since recent September.We are returning there ,to find what we loved at first our visit:a very calming, relaxing atmosphere, friendly hardworking team,nice restaurant with well cooked, healthy dishes and first of all enjoyment -swimming pool with thermal water 💦 We were checked in one hour earlier, and also had a free upgrade from the double room to Junior Suit, while booking. We are very pleased about it. We had a seating room with TV, and a bedroom room with another TV, also one bathroom and one shower room.Also we found two wardrobes and a fridge .Both TVs were connected to Wi-fi.So my husband and I had personal wardrobe & washroom toilet & YouTube,👍 We did like the very convenient layout of the hotel : separate elevator for direct access to the pool area with a bathrobe on, and also could pop in straight to the bar for cap of coffee or something else 🙂 Breakfast choices were good, dinners were delicious with a lot of salads.The Cristal cocktail and New year's eve dinner just delicious 😋 There was a programme every day, some tea with cookies and musical programmes.We just preferred more swim,walk outside, ride a bike. We had a a very nice, relaxing time, feel more better now, and ready for everyday busy life.Thank you very much Helvetia!

The pool area is very nice. Nice warm water, good amount of sun chairs, very friendly life guard. We had the half board and the foods were nice (three course meal at dinner).

The roof was leaking in the first room we got. We got a new room but no compensation. No air con even though mentioned it should be? Stains on floor carpet in room. Water cost extra on the half board which came as a surprise when checking out. We saw a cockroach in the dining area. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool. Hotel a bit run down.

The room was cleaned every day. The location, close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast

For dinner there were not too many choices, not very tasty some times and the buffet area was not replenished, same with dessert. They do not provide a to go breakfast in case you have to leave the hotel before 7:30.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, it is clean, the food is varied and delicious. The pool is beautiful, clean, the service at the pool is excellent.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, this is the only drawback of the hotel, but also a very important thing on vacation

We had a big lovely room with a view of the pool and all day sunshine even if was February, comfortable bed and lovely atmosphere of Italian classic furniture.

We like everything once you look positive in everything but if you ask me what you suggest about the property I would suggest sauna and hammam to be complete.

Good breakfast but could be with more choices. We prefer a shower and not a Bath as its too dangerous to slip in a bath. Small TV - can be bigger.

Maybe the carpet,i think they need to clean often,because since it’s hot and the bad smell started.
