Everyone at the Fletcher Hotel was amazing and friendly! We felt so comfortable and welcomed as soon as we came through the door, each member of staff we met were accommodating and helped us during our stay. Our son was celebrating his birthday during our trip, he was treated so wonderfully by all the staff, even getting a little gift to take home. The room and facilities were spectacular, so clean and comfortable! We truly had the best time!

The room was so hot and I did not want to open the window because it was on the ground floor.

Thank you for a pleasant stay on our trip to Netherlands, Belgium and the UK. The hotel has a great parking place with plenty of space so its ideal when travelling by car. Waalwijk is a beautiful town with a lot of shops and restaurants and you can easily get to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Den Haag using highways.

Great location for Efteling, free parking and the room was good value for money. Great to have decent coffee available to buy at reception. The room and the water were both lovely and warm. Plenty of space in the room. The beds were very comfortable.

My children named the corridors and the room as "sketchy" but I didn't agree. They found the large bathroom a bit scary, but I didn't agree. Yes it's a bit dated but I love stepping back in time. We had a bath and a shower and double sinks. Everything we needed. We couldn't find any channels on the TV, only radio.

Very very clean and not far to go to Efteling park

Just one of the receptionist was very helpful forgot the name but she had nice painting on her hands "Hanna"the others no help at all they didn't understand English! To get to our room was little difficult as lift doesn't goes to the floor that the room was and with 5 large luggages we had to take the stairs and no help was offered atleast!

It was close to the Efteling, so a good stopover for moving in the next day.

This is our second time we stayed, the first time the older male receptionist was a very nice man, very attentive. This time however the male receptionist (who was a younger man) could have been nicer, he was very sarcastic, very moody. Only due to this, I doubt it we would come back. Shame!

well located within walking distance of shops etc.. room was nice and quiet and had large opening windows ! room was enough for a couple and was clean and comfortable. hotel had several onsite amenities which was a bonus. car park was added bonus with the location. suits well for Efteling visitors as an easy 10 min drive away which was perfect.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and all staff were very friendly. This was by far the biggest and best family room we have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable beds! Breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choice for everyone. The bathroom is a little dated but very clean and had all the facilities necessary. This included a separate bath & shower & double sinks.

- Very friendly and polite staff. - Free parking. - Good price/quality ratio for the breakfast. - Rooms are decently clean and soap/shampoo is good for the hotel’s level.

- Rooms were a bit cold in the evening as the windows are not double glazed. - Poor noise insulation, mornings are noisy. - Poor central lighting in rooms.
