I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Ahmedabad, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received throughout my visit. In particular, I would like to commend Mr. Devanand Pareva from the concierge team for his outstanding support and attention to detail. His professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay. From arranging restaurant reservations and managing table preferences, to helping me find tennis lessons and identifying suitable fitness centers, he handled every request with efficiency, kindness, and care. His knowledge of both the hotel and the local area was incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. While all the staff at ITC Narmada demonstrated a high level of hospitality and excellence, Devanand’s service stood out as truly exceptional. 1. The cleanliness of the restaurant (Adalaj Pavilion) should be improved. Saw some crumbs on the chair or sofa every time i had breakfast there. 2. Hope there's tissue offered on the table. Found out it's not provided which is a bit inconvenient when dining. 3. Hope there's a menu showed by the middle cooking area. 4. Hope there are drinks offered for dinner buffet at Adalaj Pavilion. Kinda weird that a buffet doesn't even offer any soft drinks. (we could only order it)

ITC Narmada's lavishness truly sets it apart; the elegant decor and plush furnishings create a luxurious ambiance. My room, while not exceptionally large, was perfectly adequate and well-equipped with top-notch amenities. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The prime location in the heart of Ahmedabad offers easy access to major attractions and dining options. Compared to other hotels in the city, ITC Narmada stands out for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and opulence. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Ahmedabad.

While my stay at ITC Narmada was exceptional, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in procedure could be faster to enhance the overall guest experience. The breakfast area, divided into three sections, would be more convenient if it matched the hotel's lavish ambiance, particularly in the buffet serving area. Additionally, the frequent presence of government officials or politicians can make the atmosphere heavy, with their security details and vehicles often crowding the welcome porch. While this might be standard protocol, finding an alternative solution could improve the guest experience and avoid the feeling of a crime scene.

Pillows were too soft and choice available was either too soft or too hard. Quality of dinner buffet was not up-to Narmada standards with no drinks or coffee/teas included. Standards for breakfast buffet and service levels has definitely gone down. Staffing seems to be insufficient.

I didnt eat well but good indian veg food was available . I was reminded an episode in flight where I wanted to sit on my booked window seat and a girl was sitting there I myself now realise that was a mistake . And will never happen

The security guard kept his security equipment in my car which is from my fathers money

The property itself it’s very beautiful and luxurious and it’s one off the best Hotels I’ve ever stayed in . Rooms are big very clean and beautiful , the stuff it’s very friendly . Hotel Restaurants really good , specially the Asian cuisine . Lucian from Reception was really nice and Upgraded my room for a Junior Suite which was really nice . Thank you again for having me

Everything was perfect

The staff at ITC Narmada made our stay awesome. They accommodated our requests to extend our stay even when the hotel was full because of IPL. The resident manager, the staff, Sakshi at the reception- I cannot even begin to say how thankful i was.

Absolutely nothing - the property and the staff made ITC feel like home

Size of room, breakfast, and staff were exceptional. They were attentive. Check in was a breeze.

a better supply of toilet amenities. Basic things for a luxury hotel were not there. eg nail fail, shower cap. No alcohol permit yet. This should have been indicate upfront to foreign visitors.

This was our first time and our first stop in a 30 day trip across India. the was probably one of the higher priced for the rooms but not by a huge amount. hotel looks nice from the outside, the grand entrance and the bed rooms are lovely. we were there for 3 days. Restaurant staff in lobby restaurant were exceptional my son has a number of food allergies and the staff and chef made sure the food was prepared to our requirements despite the hotel being very busy. was something we were very worried out when travelling to India. would definitely stay here again and recommend if visiting Ahmedabad. was a luxurious experience.

some of the drivers and rickshaws did not k this hotel from parts of the city so take an address card with you at reception or make sure phone works. no negatives was so good we tried to change some of the others to this chain but we’re full. but will let me compare with other popular hotels like Taj, oberoi, tident, we’re staying in.

Rooms are very good size, I like the decor.

I was there for 5 days and Indian cricket team came for couple days, they closed the swimming pool are for few hrs which is not right, if guest wants to use the facility they shouldn’t be told it’s for private use.
