We stayed for just one night in this hotel arriving late at the night and leaving in the morning, but we absolutely loved it. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the furniture a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable, we had a very good rest after a tiring trip. The location is very central. However the best part was the owner. We asked advice where to eat and he indicated one local restaurant. Due to the language barrier, he followed us in a motorcycle to make sure we arrived to the destination.

We’ve spent very little time in here as we arrived to Ha Giang at 23:00 and left the hotel the next morning at 8:00 (embarking on the loop tour), so not much to say about the property. The staff was really nice and helpful even before we arrived. Since no credit card payment is available and a bank transfer in advance (as was originally required) was pointless on account of very high commissions, I have contacted the manager directly via WhatsApp (the number is available on their Facebook page) and arranged for a cash on arrival payment. The reception was available to welcome us at the late hour we have arrived and the check in was quick and smooth.

Again, very short staying time, so nothing to add.

Very large room, clean, good AC, quiet. We were only here for a night (arriving late and leaving early) before starting the Hà Giang loop and it suited us perfectly. We found a very nice and cheap bún chả place (with complimentary 'happy water'...) a few minutes down the road for breakfast so it ended up being a great location for us.

The reception area was very good! The bedroom for the three of us was huge! All items working well! The young boss, Mr Linh, is a very knowledgeable, kind and generous person who took us to special sights and places to try the food. He runs a tour company too and that made it very easy for us to do the Ha Giang loop, without any hassle. He even threw in an extra night free of charge for our stay in Ha Giang.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The linen was clean and new. It is an excellent value, and I would certainly go back.

The person responsible for arranging tours cut off contact a week before my arrival, without explanation. As a result, I had to organize the Ha Giang tour myself upon my arrival.

The hotel has a lift which is great for people with reduced mobility. The staff were helpful

There was no view from the windows of the room. Just a wall at 1m distance.

The owner is absolutely lovely. The room was a good size, and comfortable and clean. Air con and a fan available, so you can choose either or both. It was relatively quiet.

For someone starting the Ha Giang loop, this probably is a bit far from all the bike rental places, and tourist eateries and bars. Taxis are available to book easily and cheaply.

The location is great! There’s a market behind the hotel and restaurant and coffee joints are within walking distance. A family-run hotel, it’s really a great place to stay because the owners sincerely care for their guests’ needs.

A bit odd bathroom hard to take showers without making everything wet

The tiles were very slippery in the bathroom when the floor was wet after having a shower.
