I loved the spacious room and bathroom and the view from the 10th floor was stunning! If you give your laundry in before 4pm you get it back before 9pm - that was really helpfull. Reception staff was very efficient. We stayed here before (2 nights) and after (1 night) doing the Ha Giang loop. They stored our luggage free of charge and even kept our medicine in a fridge for the 4 days that we were not there. The hotel is right next to a square with food stalls that is open during weekend evenings. It has a very convenient underground parking area where we could park our motorbikes.

This is an upmarket hotel - very close to a local square and lots of restaurants. They stored our luggage free of charge while we did the Ha Giang loop for 4 days and also kept medicine for us in a fridge while we were away. Their laundry service is very good. Loan went out of her way to help us, which we really appreciated. They have a huge underground garage, which was a big help since we had to park our motorbikes overnight.

There was no bar service at the pool, and I had to go and look for pool towels in the laundry (which is on the same floor)

Excellent place in Ha Giang ,we relaxed so much during 04 days time in hotel. Hotel located near a wide river, its very good location. We walked around all the days .After 04 days we went to Quang Ba by a motor bike which rented from Ha Giang. Luggage storage facility so much helpful( Because we came back another 04 days time )All the days buffet breakfast included so many variations .We enjoyed thoroughly during our stay with breakfast. Very good staff all over the hotel. If we come again this hotel will be our first selection. Thanks again for all the staff personal.

Gem In Ha Giang

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It felt truly luxurious but in a very pleasant way. Especially after traveling for a few weeks through vietnam, this place allowed me to relax and sort myself before the ha giang trip. The pool and the very spacious room with a great view are just one of the many benefits. The staff was very forthcoming. Something that stood out, is that we were allowed to leave our luggage in a separate and secure room while doing the ha giang tour - for free. I would definitely come back for my next visit.

Hotel staff helped us out with a room move after we were disturbed by the external karaoke. Nice big swimming pool. Small gym. Massage spa is reasonably priced. Basement parking.

Karaoke. In nearby park, so not under the control of the hotel. Went on until 11pm. Super loud. Didn't hear it after the room move. Breakfast is the same every day. Awful coffee, often cold.

View from the top floor is fantastic. Only a short walk to the city. Bed and the room itself was very comfortable.

We stayed here twice and paid for both stays in advance. When checking out after the second stay they didn't have a record of us paying. After some time and showing them the bank transfer statement they finally found the records. Staff was very helpful finding alternative transport to Hanoi after we heard our bus had broken down. Breakfast is very Vietnamese with few European options. Went to the pool, which looked very nice, in the early evening but decided against a swim as we couldn't get past the really loud pop music being played over the speakers.

if staying in ha giang this hotel is well adequate for a pleasant stay close to everything the hotel was clean and rooms were large we were doing the ha giang loop on motorbike so hotel carpark underneath was good and secure for the bike i would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable stay in ha giang. Hotel on the main road but the noise did not bother us we were on the 6th floor there are rooms elsewhere.

it said no smoking in the room but we did smell smoke in the room so whether someone was smoking in another room and this was coming through the aircon system not sure.

Stayed here before the loop, seems to be a brand new building that isn’t quite finished yet but still very comfortable, clean and functional. I expect the building will be finished within a month or two. The room was large and a very good bathroom. Great walking distance to pretty much anything and the buffet Brekky was also good. If you’re looking for comfort before or after the loop, this hotel checks the box

No issues for us

The hotel is better than I expected. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are very attentive even sometimes with limited English, they still try to do their best to assist you . I did a massage in the hotel , the girl did massage for me did a really good job . I forgot her name . I highly recommend if you have time , try the massage in the hotel , very professional.

Not really, just the way they set the table for breakfast is a big strange. Big round table for ten people. Probably for group. You can alway find small table . Breakfast variety is very limited.

The staff were exceptional. When we arrived my wife had been involved in an accident and broken her hand. The receptionist Ms. Nguyên Thi Thu Nga immediately stopped the check in process and rushed to get my wife ice for her hand. She was extremely caring and an absolute asset to this hotel facility. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable and has everything you need. It is also in a convenient location with easy walking to food/cafe's etc.
