Easy access. Shared bathroom and showers were clean and well maintained. We were able to go in and out at unusual hours and not disturb anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful and dinner in the downstairs pub was delightful.

The top bunk was a bit precarious for an adult male so we put the mattress on the floor and the problem was solved

The hotel is in the middle of town, which makes access to everything very easy and convenient. Being in the riverfront makes it even more relaxing. The continental breakfast included was greatly appreciated, especially with kids. More value for the price. Love our stay!

Location was excellent as my partner's band was playing at The Mannum Club NYE. Breakfast supplied was ok. Would have liked to have toaster. Condiments supplied

Previous comment says it. Everything else was fine. This is the second NYE we have stayed and hoping to stay more.

The room was away from the dining and gaming. Even though had shared bathroom it felt very private and was well set out. We had an issue with room and it was sort quickly and promptly with no issues.

The stairs up to the room were a little narrow and steep but otherwise fine.

This place actually was very nice and the balcony is amazing one the main street

Only one thing a smart tv in the rooms for tube exc would be nice

The room light is very dim and not much natural light.

The staff were extremely helpful - The girl who checked me in even carried my bag up the stairs - Very clean and bed comfortable - I slept like a baby - Thank you
