Lovely spacious room, very comfortable with lots of well thought out details. A well equipped kitchenette. It was also incredibly clean. And it is just across the road from a great cafe.

There is a massive commercial exit light in the room. Unfortunately, it is so bright it feels like you’re are trying to sleep with the light on. We managed to cover it up after the first night so the rest of our stay was no problem

Clean, neat, spacious. All level. Parking at door. Close to little supermarket. Keeps a pleasant temperature even in the heat. We had been here before and had been happy with the stay.

All minor. A little noisy with garbage bins. We needed to purchase our own coffee pods on arrival (only one pod there for 2 people staying 3 nights!) Hard to stop excess water on the floor from the shower. No toilet lid.

This motel is by far the best I have ever experienced in multiple states and cannot rate it highly enough. The rooms were spotless, very well designed, and with high quality furniture and renovations. The spa bath is also a fantastic touch.The staff were very attentive and friendly, just an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Have already made another booking for later in the year!

Nothing at all

The Birdwood Motel is a fantastic country motel situated in the center of town next to the National Motor Museum and directly across the street from the hotel and bakery. You need nothing else in life. The proprietor May Lim is an exceptional host and looked after all our needs.

There was nothing we didn’t like and nothing that we needed during our stay.

The room was spacious and the spa is huge. There's a kitchenette with pots and pans and utensils to use if you prefer to cook. Loved the balcony that we can sit outside with the complimentary white wine.. They also provided an extra blanket to rug up outside if needed.

Nothing much that we didn't like. maybe just that if the adjacent room goes out to the balcony, you can hear it.

Birdwood Motel was a beautiful place to stay during our time driving around the Adelaide Hills. The room had everything we needed, was modern, clean and had a lovely country touch. We bought food at the supermarket across the road and had a relaxing night in enjoying the spa.

We wish we had stayed longer!

The whole stay was amazing, the staff letting us check in early and check out late, the room was huge and beautiful. The thoughtfulness of all the little things like wine,bath salts was a lovely touch. We will most definitely be staying here again. Just amazing

We found the room was clean and easy for my husband on his walker to get around. So close to everything. Enjoyed everything about the motel, staff were very polite. We will be back.

Didn't have a problem with anything wonderful place to stay

The location was close to the shops, it was nice and quiet and the room was spacious! It had the essential facilities needed to make the stay comfortable. Meeting Karen when I arrived was a delight as she was kind enough to pass over my keys for me!

Location - I was in SA for the AFL Gather Round of footy at Adelaide Oval Accommodation in Adelaide was pretty well unavailable My corny about location was related to distance I had to drive before and after the game on the Friday night
