Great stay! Friendly staff at check-in and throughout the stay. The breakfast was good with a moderate amount of options. The lady working the breakfast area was extremely nice and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean. The bed and linens comfortable. Plenty of places to plug in devices. Location is great with a quick drive to campus; perfect for taking a Lyft/Uber.

I did request a "quiet room" and was put directly across from the elevator and near ice machine. I was also in a room facing McFarland Blvd which has a lot of traffic noise. Would recommend requesting a room facing the rear of the building which would help with noise. Also, the shower temperature fluctuated frequently and on one occasion it was substantial temp differences.

The breakfast was very good with a bunch of different options available. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The workout room was nice and had good equipment to use. Our room was nice and very clean.

The only reason why I might not stay at this hotel again would be the road noise that went on ALL NIGHT. It sounded like people were drag racing down the road right outside our window. Even our sound machines could not drowned out the noise.

One of the top nicest hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. We were so impressed with the amenities offered in the room...not just a tiny fridge and cheap coffeepot, but a basically full size refrigerator and a cooktop, pots and pans, real dishes, just basically a tiny kitchen all there. The shower stall was clean, and very large and spacious, just everything about the room was beyond our expectations.

The property was clean and safe. Parking lot well lit and in a good location. The team on site are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast consists of cereal, muffins, bagels, juice to eggs and sausage and is included with room rate. Great deal. The beds are super comfy and the room was clean. If we ever return to Tuscaloosa, we will stay here again.

Wonderful experience all around. Evan, at check in delivered great customer service and it continued by everyone throughout our stay. Everything was really great, including the room, breakfast, and gym facilities.

Nice neighborhood. Across from shopping centers, quiet when it needed to be. The fire pit outside was a very nice touch.

The staff was friendly but was overly loud at times by talking and playing with each other and other guests.

Large quiet room with full kitchen. Plenty of room to eat, work, sleep. Convenient location right off of highway for overnight stop between Savannah and Dallas.

Pet fee was a bit high. $75 for entire stay but for only one night it increased the price of the room substantially.

We really liked the size of the room. It was very roomy for the 4 of us. The small kitchen area was great and the bathroom was plenty spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location to the University of Alabama was great. Just a few minutes away. Elevators were quick and the employees at breakfast and the desk were great.

There is no fan in the bathroom. It gets very warm in the bathroom when showering. Also, the breakfast is sparse. They have the typical stuff, but no orange juice or any juice for that matter. Also, you must ask for towels everyday. and new soaps, they did not have any shampoo except for baby shampoo in our room...strange. When I asked the desk why our garbage wasn't changed and no new towels they said I need to ask for that. Make sure you ask :) We were there for three nights with a full kitchen and the same garbage! Thought that was a bit odd too. In the evening you could hear the people walking above you very loud and the highway outside the window is like a drag racing strip!

The staff was very helpful to some special requests we had. Close To freeways and the University.
