My second stay.. Villa Ermanna is absolutely fabulous, just like the fantastic host-lady. It's always just an overnight, however, travelling regulary this route, I never overnited better. Lovely property, great breakfast, super caring owner, private safe parking in the courtyard. And the room itself OUTSTANDING. Warm, cosy, spacious, super big and modern shower, heating and amazing bed with scented sheets and covers. I didnt want to wake up and continue. Grazie mille and hope to be back soon. Highly recommended to everone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Villa Ermana with my daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel right at home, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The warmth and kindness shown truly made our visit special, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like family. The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of Mantova, and the villa itself is charming and beautifully maintained. I’m already looking forward to returning soon, this time with my wife, to enjoy more wonderful days at Villa Ermana. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there’s not much I didn’t like – our experience was wonderful. If anything, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Ermanna is a true gem! Upon arrival she found someone to fix problems with my bicycle, let me clean it and even allowed me to take it with me to the room (there is also a lockable garage). She also offered that I could wash my cycling gear. In the morning the whole house smelled of freshly baked croissants and cakes. The restaurant opposite of the road offers very delicious pizza and an endless selection of desserts. If you do not mind being outside the city center, this is a great place to stay. 100% recommended.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast and the coffee. There is a possibility to prepare a meal in a shared kitchen and it was very convenient. The hostess is extremely kind, she recommended what to see in Mantua. The b'n'b is not far from the city of Mantua, it is a short drive if you come by car.

We liked everything! Mrs Ermanna welcomes you even in the late evening, and shows the property and the rooms. She takes full care of the whole property which resembles her: kind, quiet, welcoming, comfortable, what else? The rooms are big and comfortable, the bathroom is quite big as well, the beds extremely comfortable. Why? Mrs Ermanna tells that the mattress is provided by a local artisan... Last, but not at all the least, the breakfast! I'm not going to tell anything just to keep a high level of curiosity: it's really remarkable! If you are going to visit Mantua, or you are travelling by there, just stop here: it's really worth of a stay!

Nothing at all to dislike.

Very nice host, kind and helpful, ready to fulfill our wishes. Ermanna allowed us to park our motorbike in a big hall, in a dry and safe place.

It is located "in the middle of nowhere". No shop, no restaurant open during the day. W e rode 500 km on a motorcycle in the rain and cold. We arrived frozen and hungry before 3 p.m. and there was nowhere to eat or drink. The only restaurant in the area didn't open until seven in the evening...

quiet location. safe parking on site. our dog was welcomed. big closed garden for doggo to freely explore. fully equipped kitchen to use. pizzeria with good pizza right across the street. short drive to Mantova free parking. cone con pistachio for breakfast.

maybe room doors could use some better noise insulation, but I wouldn't call it a deal breaker.

The kindness of the owner, the cleanness of the property and welcoming breakfast were exceptional! We travelled with a child and the owner was super kind and sweet in offering us the kitchen to cooking for our daughter, giving directions and information about what we were searching on the region. Would for sure come back! It’s a real Italian embrace!

The place has recently been renovated: new furniture, new very comfortable beds, new private bathroom, new floor tiles. Very quiet place, I slept soooo well there! And the breakfast is excellent! There also is a shared kitchen with all items one needs. There one can cook one's own food. The lady who runs the place will help you with everything she can do. E.g.: I am travelling on a bicycle with a bicycle trailor. I was able to safely store my brand new bicycle and my trailor in a locked storage room.

Nothing, everything was fine!

- Very difficult to go and come back to town by bus. No problem if you have a car.
