It was a nice Hotel. Old style, but with new washroom facilities. I felt safe, as a female traveling alone, and appreciated the calming music in the hallway (you can't hear it in the room). The parking was a bonus ($15 / night) - which was way cheaper than other hotels I looked at that were charging (60+). Overall a nice stay, especially when I'm out all day anyway.

The TV channels stopped working on day 3 or 4 - but it wasn't a big enough issue for me. I just used my laptop to watch movies. Wifi was great.

I came out for the Cruel World festival and picked this hotel because a friend recommended it to me. Since it was only me, I booked a standard queen room several months in advance. The price was reasonable and it was close to the venue. My room was modern and comfortable though It did still have old dated curtains. But it had a desk and a table with plenty of seating, which I really like. It also had a mini fridge and a microwave. The only complaint was the bathroom sink. It was one of those bowls that sits on top of the counter and the faucet runs so close to the edge that even washing your hands gets the counter all wet. But other than that it was a good value in a convenient location. And I would stay there again.

The bathroom sink. Also the lighting could have been a little better. It had can lights over the bed, but I couldn't find the switch to turn it on. Also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been awesome.

I couldn't believe the size of the room, so spacious! The bed was so comfortable, and the lighting was plentiful, and where it was needed . Good selection in the vending machines and staff couldn't've been nicer!. I will definitely be staying here again!!

There was a moth ball-y smell in the room, it initially hit me at first but it was like being at a great aunt's house and i got used to it. Those with sensitivities issues might not like this tho. Being a solo traveler, I would've also liked a chain on the door, altho everything was fine, a little more door security would just help my piece of mind.

Not your fault but all plugg ins were on TV side not near night stand i had to sleep on i seater couch to use my cpap machine. While my dad slept on bed. My cord was not long enough. My back issues were miner to moderate and my dad had to hear my snoring chair looked comfortable but were stiff. Out of your control. Everything was fine. Thank you

Location was great! It was easy to get to all the places we were in town for. I like that it felt safe as far as parking and It was easy to check in. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Great value and unbeatable price.

Only one elevator. The elevator music in the hallway was just a little too loud. If you woke up in the middle of the night, you could faintly hear it. None of these things would deter me from staying here again.

The hotel reception is very well decorated. Free coffee and hot chocolate is offered just beside the reception. This is a much better coffee machine than the standard ones usually found directly in the bedrooms of other hotels, giving you more choice and no limits on the number of drinks you may want. Also, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is great.

A minor issue common to many hotels I have seen in the US applies to this one also: for a room that accommodates 4 people, there are only three bath towels ready. This is easily corrected by asking an additional one at the reception, which you might have to ask again after room service has replaced towels.

Everything was perfect, the hotel was always clean, the room cleaners were exceptional, they only needed a tip box, the only thing they were missing was security in the mornings.

The hallway was very hot (to be fair everything was hot that day) and the common areas smelled heavily of chemical cleaners. The rooms didn't smell but the walk from the elevator was a bit rough.

The front staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean. I will be a returning customer. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops all around.

The only complaint I have, the bed needs to be replaced. I woke up with a sore back and if I moved or my husband moved the bed rocked back and forth and it woke me up. Not to mention the springs. Room 325.

only one lamp on the bed tables; both sides are needed. Likewise, a place on both sides of the bed to plug in electronics. Four pillows on the bed rather than three.
