The accommodation was fine. Everything was clean, the room was small, but had everything we needed. But we had a problem with check-in: before entering the hotel, there were two mailboxes, one for a six-digit PIN, the other for a four-digit PIN. Unfortunately, I found the PIN for check-in after about an hour of searching because it was sent directly to the messaging conversation in the Booking.com app. Although the hotel and Booking.com sent us several emails directly to my email, this most important PIN was unnecessarily hidden. I recommend at least informing the guests where the PIN can be found. We also did not receive an answer on either of the two phone numbers listed with the hotel.

Great location, older establishment but clean . Parking would be a little difficult if they were booked out though. Was overall though pretty good. Lovely lady who served breakfast though.

Bed and the pillow were too soft, also the shower leaked and covered the floor with water every time we showered

Good hotel for a one night stay. Nice and warmly-styled furnishing of the under-roof single room I had. Very effective blind on the window, I could achieve perfect darkness even in sunlight (very difficult with normal curtains)! Comfy bed and bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Nice staff, lightning-fast check-in/check-out. Parking possible on the road, very quiet neighborhood.

Most incredibly, there was no elevator for a building that tall! This may definitely be a problem with larger suitcases, since the flights of stairs to climb are many and steep.

There is no air con in the rooms so in hot weather the rooms on the top floor can get very hot. The size of the double bed is a bit small for two people. The light was not working in the staircase at night.

The Hotel was close to the motorway. We arrived at 11pm, easy to self check in. Price was excellent. Bed was comfortable, Breakfast was included in the discounted price- great value,

Staff was very, very helpful and nice. There was a very good breakfast and rooms and bathroom were clean. There was a parking space which I needed and Lidle and Rossman are just next door which was very helpful.

Downside was that eventhough it was very hot day the heating in the room was on and I couldn't sleep since it was far too hot. I have told reception about that and hopefully it is fixed by now.

1. Proximity to the nearby public transport. Just 2 mins to the train station. 2. Easy to reach by car. Close to the Autobahn. 3. Cozy rooms, nice breakfast.

1. Car parking is limited, although it is free. We had to park the car on the street for one night. 2. Still, it takes a good 20-25 minutes to reach the city center.

Breakfast is good, comfortable bed and bathroom, next to the highway, parking options behind the hotel.

Lack of hospitality of the staff at the reception: you don't get a welcome feeling when you arrive.. Noticed this the last time when I was here as well, so that's the reason I mention it this time.

Super friendly staff, happy to help with anything. Breakfast was well stocked and had plenty of choices. Handy to all types of shops and easy access to motorway.

Nothing as such. The carparking isn't perfect as not enough spaces, but with the option of using carparking next door it was very easily solved.

Although I arrived very late at night after a long journey, friendly and helpful staff were there to check me in and provide guidance with parking and so on. Facilities were clean and bed was comfortable. Morning staff were helpful too and breakfast at top level. There is nothing more one could ask for. I will definitely make sure I would stop over in future. Thank you!
