Great location when working at the Technische Fakultät of FAU! Modern and well-equipped apartment. Washing and drying is available for a fee. Very quite.

There is a cleaning service once per week, which includes the exchange of one small and one large towel. For a 10 day stay, more frequent change or additional towels would have been nice (I guess you could wash them yourself at the machine available in the basement). Having a broom or mop in the apartment would be handy for a quick wipe through (spills or the lint from the towel).

I recently stayed at Servento and was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my experience. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything! Modern interior. Spotless-clean place. All equipment and furnishings you need for a longer-time stay. Underground parking. Beautiful wall artwork all around the building. Contactless check-in and -out. Peace and quiet. Convenient location. I literally loved EVERYTHING.

The admin is nice, kind and supportive. They try to help you in any case. The room is modern and very suitable. The bathroom is clean and works well. The kitchen is also suitable and clean. The appartment has all essentials

I missed only coffee and tea bags. It would be very comfortable having them on the kitchen as people often come only for 1-2 nights and don't have time to buy tea and coffee bags.

Nice new modern fully equipped apartment self check-in guesthouse. Many free parking places in garage. Dishwasher, oven and bigger fridge suitable for longer stay. Air conditioning, also air ventilation and big heater in bathroom. Close to the Framatome/Siemens campus. Quiet neighborhood

Could not check-in with App in mobile phone, so had to self check-in/out on machine. Not possible yet to charge EV despite a lot of chargers in garage, you need special card, so hopefully next time. Louder air ventilation, so better to turn off during night. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbor next to you or on hallway.

At this pricepoint (and nowadays in general...) I would expect a reliable internet in every apartment, but the internet was patchy and extremely slow, which is very annoying if you need to participate in buisiness meetings.

Perfect for business travel! The apartment met all my expectations for a one-night business trip. Check-in/check-out was smooth, parking was available, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for business purposes.

It was a studio room with all the facilities available in the room. It has a small kitchen with almost everything you need in a kitchen. The whole property was clean and quiet. The checkin process was supper easy and self explanatory. The owner contacted well before time to explain the checkin and checkout process (which was self checkin).

Great location for visiting the Institute. Everything is new and well made. In the same building there is a wonderful cafe! Up the street there is a beer garden in a walking distance

Small but noticeable things to mention: pillow was really flat, fan in the bathroom was really loud. Also a bottle of water in the room will be really good, especially taking into account current weather.
