You can fill out the registration form with an application in advance and all useful information is available with its help. We wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, because our plane arrived early in the morning and the rooms can only be officially booked after 14:00. There is a practical option for this in ordinary luggage lockers, since there is no permanent staff at the reception. A member of the staff appeared within a minute or two of ringing and kindly offered that we could even take our rooms this morning. Check-in was easy and fast. Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen area, safe, storage cupboards. There is no minibar, but a working, chilled refrigerator was waiting for us. Everything works, nothing is shabby! Perfect soundproofing both towards the street, the corridor and the neighbours. Extremely comfortable bed. You have to be careful not to lock the metal button key in the room when you leave the room. Opening the door again incurs an additional cost. (Fortunately, we didn't try this.) When checking-out the hotel, however you must leave the key in the room and just close the door behind you. In case of a problem, the staff was available within a few minutes and politely helpful. For breakfast, they gave a €6.50 voucher, which can be bought in two nearby café/breakfast bars. One is next to the hotel, the other is about 200 m away. The voucher is enough for a simple breakfast, but you can buy a rich breakfast for an extra two or three euros. The city center is about 20-30 minute walk. (We walked regularly.) Both the city center of Erlangen and Nuremberg can be reached by bus from the bus stops close to the hotel.

It's a little bit far from the city center, but not a horrible walking distance. If you are too tired, you can use the public transportation. The bus stop is very close to the hotel.

I Iiked peaceful location next to the park just few streets away, also bakery, supermarket, bus stop near the place. Bus to Nürnberger just across the street, bus to center of Erlangen is nearby. Room is big enough, comfortable. Shower, WC everything works perfectly.

The location of EastApart is very good - towncenter is reachable on foot in about 20 minutes, or by bus lines 294 or 20. There are plenty of supermarkets, drugstores and bakeries around, which was very convenient considering that this is a self-catering accomodation. The apartment was well-fournished, including a fully equipped kitchen. Apart from the floor, the apartment is very clean. Beds were very comfy, the bathroom very spacious and clean, with plenty of towels available.

The floor was very dirty in my room. My socks would be black two minutes after changing them. Also, I had an issue with the internet the first two days because previous guests took the cable out of the wall. The staff was very quick at helping me, so the issue was resolved as soon as I raised it.

That was a comfortable and well-equipped apartment, which was ideal for having a rest, sightseeing and doing everyday business as well, during a week-long stay with my wife and our little child.

I missed a dishwasher in the apartment, but I was still satisfied overall.

The place is few kilometers from the highway and even if not really near the center of Erlangen it is well served with public transport and with grocery stores. The single room I booked had everything you need to live comfortably. Super is the internal parking at a reasonable price. I would recommend 100%.

I suggest to put in the house some informations about garbage management and I would have enjoyed having nonstick pan (that's just one of my personal preferences).

The appartement was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you need. It is not far from the city centre and there is a bus stop very close by. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast coupons, that could be used in the coffee place just next door with wide variety of breakfast options. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Liked the area

Would prefer that you have 2 chairs so that my guest would have been comfortable when visiting. Also, the door to the balcony should have a screen for fresh air without flies, etc.

Wi-Fi Wasn't working when I arrived. Since I was travelling from a foreign country and did not have a working phone, having no WiFi really was an issue for me not being able to do anything.

It was very good experience to stay at Eat apartment, meet the requirements.
