Clean and simple apartment with everything is needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out process is easy, and the staff is very kind.

Wifi is fast and stable, but it is not acceptable in my opinion having two authenication steps that have to be repeated every single day on every connected device. The password is also quite complex, and that makes the entire process time consuming because you have to slowly read and copy it every time. Mattress is not the best. The kitchen misses a towel hanger and in the bathroom it would be nice to have some thing to put the soap on, instead of leaving it on the sink. But these are minor things.

The description lists sound proofing. If it exists, it is ineffective. Sounds from the corridor and hotel entrance (door opener buzzing) disturbed my sleep. No street noise, though.

Like the fact noone bothered me during my stay, liked the location.

Room needs a iron, soap holder near the sink in the bathroom. Dishwashing bar was needed as housecleaning was not included in the price.

The cost of cleaning the room is not well advertised. In 16 days there was only one time cleaning.

With this price for 7 days, I was expecting to have at least a bigger room/flat and a balcony.

Wifi is fast and stable. Bed is nice and room is good for one. I was there few times and it nice stay. Parking around is free and there are always some free spots

I liked that the apartment is good located. It has an big balcony. Because of the hot temperatures this year they had a mobile air condition in the apartment.

Amazing host/company (book-it)! We exchanged messages even before the booking, and they were super responsive and accommodating to our needs: silent apartment and newborn accessories (bed, seat, etc). Moreover, when we came back a second time, they arranged for us to get the same room we got the first time! Additionally the apartment is super clean, good location and everything was as advertised. Maybe the only thing was that there is no door for the bedroom, so when our baby was sleeping we had to be super quiet in the kitchen. But, this was very specific to our situation. Next time we're in Erlangen we are definitely staying here!
