A Truly Exceptional Stay in Ermoupoli My experience at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful. Located in the heart of the old town of Ermoupoli, the setting is simply perfect. I was offered a beautiful room with a stunning view of the sea, where the morning sun would gently light up the room each day — a truly magical way to start the morning. Breakfasts were exceptional, immaculately served on the terrace overlooking the sea. It felt like being in a peaceful haven, attended by the kindest and most genuinely welcoming staff. Their warm hospitality made all the difference — friendly, personal, and always helpful. What stood out most was the deeply personal touch and the outstanding service I received throughout my stay. I genuinely could not have wished for a better hotel experience. That’s why I can confidently say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staying here was a dream come true, and I will definitely return in the future. The hotel also offers beautiful, easy access to the sea directly from the veranda — a truly breathtaking experience. A very big thank you to the dearest staff — your kindness, care, and generosity touched my heart. I’ve been completely overwhelmed in the best possible way.

Wow and wow! We travel a lot and can say the service at this hotel is above outstanding. Sprios, Ana, Sophie and every single person we had the pleasure of dealing with were outstanding in their customer service. A family run hotel that has been renovated delightfully and sits on a sparkling bay. You can walk out and have a swim, then lay on the sunbeds and relax. There is a terrace where you can have breakfast; sit and read a book and enjoy the never ending Aegean Sea views. Every whim is catered for. The rooms are huge, beds extemely comfortable. There is nothing you can need that is not available to you. Do yourself a favour, book this place and stay.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was amazing and the view stunning. Spyros, Sofia and Sofia made our trip exceptionally memorable with their kindness, warmth and all their helpful suggestions for places to visit, swim and eat. When we first arrived at the hotel, Spyros told us, “for the time you are staying here, this is your home and we are your family “.

A lovely family-run hotel. Great location on the cliff line and really easy to get around the city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, which played a big part in what made our first visit to Syros, Ermoupolis and Ano Syros such a special experience

Some of the bathroom fixtures and fitting could do with an upgrade but that is largely cosmetic - everything still worked well, especially the hot water :)

A truly elegant hotel in a stunning location with spectacular views. The staff were so caring and professional .Sofia on reception is an absolute star and a great asset to the hotel and the cook was a lovely woman and very good cook . Everything was spotlessly clean and the roof garden is magical. Thise views !

Nothing .was all perfect

Staff is very kind. Breakfast is very good and rich, mostly fixed but with a dish of the day included, for a reasonable price.

Pity that no hotel parking is available but you have to park on the street (not allowed in theory) if you find room.

It was beautifully restored and right on the edge of the sea, with a roof top lounge and sun bathing area, access to swimming pools. The rooms were lovely, very spacious, I recommend the sea view. The breakfast choices were delicious and you could order items separately which was nice.

There was nothing I did not like.

First and most of all: The owners and the staff are very friendly, gave us a lovely welcome and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The location is fantastic; in the middle of the city and overlooking the sea. Loungers and direct access to the water were a perfect way to unwind after a day walking around Ermoupoli. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, classicaly decorated and very comfortable.

Spacious clean room, lovely view, delicious breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

Terrace bar not really available and access to water not ready- we understand that this was very early in the season.

The only issue was that we thought breakfast was included. It cost like $30 and wasnt even breakfast it was just a lot of different types of breads. The latte was really good. If you stay just get the coffee and go out into town very inexpensive for a egg sandwich.
