Excellent location, comfortable room/ bathroom & good breakfast. Having a Coin Laundry facility at the hotel was very convenient.

2 person's bedroom was quite small, meaning the bed was backed against the wall & into a corner- making getting in & out of the bed very awkward for one of the occupants.

Hotel is very modern and well located. The rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is reasonable although nothing special.

Although the room is a good size, a lot of the space is wasted as there is precious little shelving for storing clothes etc. the assumption was probably that most guests would only stay one night and therefore did not need to unpack. The coin laundry is by far the most expensive I have encountered in a month of travel in Japan. 500 yen to wash one load and 300 yen for the dryer for one use. Thus, a Total of 800 yen is the minimum spend. Rivals of this hotel charge a lot less.

Room was bigger than average Japanese hotels and you can help yourself to additional pillows and amenities if required. Love that they have long pillows which acted as bolsters for us! Location is just across from the station which is great for fast traveling. Also appreciated the staff’s assistance with sending some of our stuff to our last stop in Osaka despite the language barrier.

There are three separate washers and dryers each which is good, but the dryers don’t work well at all. Our clothes were barely warm after a one hour spin in the dryer and we were quite sure we were well below the maximum load. Tons of lint flew out as well when we opened it after the cycle. At 200yen per 30min, not sure if it’s worth the money at all; they could use a refresh on the dryers

Friendly staff. The rooms are stylish and clean. Big public bath is nice. The hotel is right next to a convenience store and right across Matsue station. I love the massage chair in the room! This hotel also has plenty of electrical outlets to charge all your devices. There are 2 outlets by the bed, 4 outlets on the desk, and at least 6 other wall outlets! So you can have 12 devices charging at the same time.

There are 2 Green Rich Hotels within 5 minutes walking distance of each other. I went to the wrong one first as it was a little confusing.

Excellent location opposite the station, with underground access from just outside the station. Lots of restaurants in the area, and a 25 minute walk to the castle. The hotel was stylish and sparkling. You could help yourself to amenities, and on each floor you could select your robe, plus select extra/different pillows. The room was small but not tiny, and had everything we needed. We had a view over the city with glimpses of the lake and hills. A bonus was the blackout curtain!

Great location right across from the train station (walk through the underground passage to exit D) and only a 10 min. walk from huge Aeon supermarket. Spacious room with lots of lighting options and lots of electrical outlets (2 on bed, 4 on desk). From the 10th floor I had a nice view of the city. Good breakfast (6:30 to 10:00) and good coffee and green tea amenities. 4 coat hangers.

Too hot. You can open the window to get cool air, but then there is noise (bring earplugs for sleeping) as well as bugs coming in. No top sheet, only a thick comforter, which also makes it hot. The breakfast space is poorly laid out, making it very congested when you are trying to fill your plate; if you can, wait till 8:30 or 9:00 to go and it’s much better. The room was a bit dusty.

Absolutely perfect in every way, from the staff, the room, the location and the facilities! I would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful staff, who allowed me to check back into the room I had just vacated when the trains weren’t running because of a typhoon. Absolutely brilliant! I will definitely stay here next time I visit this area!!

Stayed an extra night. On top of what I mentioned before, large room with a great bathroom and big bath! Coffee saches available to take to the room in the reception area. Lovely onsen on the 1F, and a selection of pillows we can take on each floor outside the elevators. So much to mention! All brilliant for a great stay!

It's an excellent location for families with kids, as it is located just right opposite the JR Matsue Station. There are restaurants, souvenir shops, 7-11 convenient shop and a small shopping mall attached to the train station, there's a cozy restaurant just right beside the hotel when the weather gets wet. The bed is comfortable, there's a mini fridge and kettle in the room. There are coin slot washing machines though the rate is slightly higher; There is an artificial hot spring too.

The hotel is located right across from Matsue North exit and very convenient. Recommend you take the underground walkway and exit at D. The hotel is right across the street. Rooms are larger than other business hotels.

The room has limited instructions in English for items like the AC/Heat controls. In English it says turn on the switch for the refrigerator but the switch is labeled in Japanese. Breakfast is way overpriced.
