The customer service was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
This hotel has no free breakfast as stated in booking.com ,We were in town for a baseball tournament nearby so breakfast was kind of a big deal, but they do have a diner located in the front of their parking lot. ( But this was very much an unexpected expense ) which If i would have known this I would not have chosen this hotel.. Hopefully Booking.com corrects this False advertising on their site . This hotel caters to the railroad, so it's pretty much full of shift workers. The rooms were extremely over priced for this type of hotel. But at the end of the day the room was clean, beds comfortable, great AC and the customer service was excellent!

Very easy check-in. Rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Hearne.
The walls were super thin. I woke up hearing 2 men talking from an adjacent room.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and responsive. The rooms were well finished, bright and exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable, don't know about cable service as we never turned the TV on but presumed it worked. I will definitely consider this hotel again.
I have no bad things to say about this particular hotel.

It was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the shower was nice and hot. I was able to check in at 2:30 and that was nice because most of the time you have to wait until 3. We would definitely stay here again if we just needed a place in the area to sleep for the night.
The price was high but it was an Aggie game weekend. There was no free breakfast.
