I've stayed here before and it was a convenient location for our visit to the area

I went to ask for more towels and was told I had to bring the other towels to the office to get new ones. When I did this I was told that 4 of the towels were stained and I needed to pay $10 per towel. It cost me an additional $40 for staying there because of the towels. I asked since I paid for the "stained" towels, shouldn't I be able to keep those towels, I was told no. When I first got to my room, I was called from the front desk and was asked if the room was good, I stated that it was except for the shower curtain rod that looked like it might fall off the wall, I stated that to the front desk. The front desk person asked if I needed it to be fixed now or could it wait till after check out, I said it could wait. Not sure if they fixed it or not.

Just satisfied with the price

We stay their for over a month already and pretty much satisfied with everything ,but staying their a few days they go in the room and if we decided to stay ,they give me what I need ,but I have to make my bad and clean the room,not a big deal ,but I love the way the fix my bed and when I do it it's not the same.but they are really good in giving us what we need ,I just want them to do my bed. Lol

That we booked a room and we usually get smoking they said they were all taken ,and they put us in a non smoking room and it smelled bad ,like dog,my stomach got upset because I could smell dog odor and I could smell it on my clothes by just laying on the bed

Clean, mattress was so comfortable to sleep. Excellent nights sleep. My sink was stopped up had to be moved to another room which was excellent. Very convenient location. Near restaurants for dining. Easy access to freeway.

The helpfulness and the privacy

The housekeeper Yolanda a Mexican lady was rude and very disrespectful... I asked her for some towels because the ones I had were dirty and she said "we wash them daily this is a new room...they can be switched out tomorrow.. then proceeded to talk under her breath in Spanish and ignored the question I asked about what time te manager would be in so I could speak with the

There was a woman in the next room playing some real loud music till 300am I waited till morning and when I saw her I mentioned it to her, she said she would try and keep it down but she did it again the next night (sat) You just can not fix stupid people. 😒

Almost everything was good. The room was just a place to put my head.

I kept hearing the neighbors from the room above and beside my room. A little confusing when trying to get on to the property, but that's mostly caused by the city not the motel.

their wasn't really nothing that I didn't like it been a very comedy stay

I liked the fact that the service of the staff was great and very professional the location was great do to the fact there were restaurants and gas stations around for my benefit and HEB was also down the road.

I have stayed here several times over this past year. Great location for my needs. Hard to find any smoking rooms nowadays.
