The room was very nice. It was clean and had a separate area for a couch and computer work station. The bathroom was very nice. The check-in staff and breakfast staff were exceptional. Really enjoyed this property and its location.

We stayed two nights and a card in our room indicated that the cleaning staff would provide a "freshen up" service, changing the towels each day and removing the garbage. That didn't happen. We called the front desk and were told they no longer provided that service as of January 2025; however, they would call the cleaning staff and have them deliver fresh towels and dispose of our garbage. That didn't happen so we took our towels and garbage to the cleaning staff who were working at the other end of the hallway and they gave us fresh towels and a new garbage liner. Other than that, our visit was uneventful.

We arrived around midnight, and even at the late hour, check-in was quick and easy. The lady that helped us was super friendly and helpful.

We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. There were several options, but there wasn't a waffle maker or any type of meat. This seemed to be one of the higher rated hotels in the area, so I just think we hoped for mor options.

The room was great, very clean. We were looking for a pet friendly hotel. Lobby and pool areas were clean as well. Breakfast had several options: eggs, bagels, yogurt, fruit. Very close to A&M , HEB and restaurants.

Noisy location, bring earplugs, you can hear traffic at all hours in the day.

Staff bent over backwards to accommodate us with milk and juice for our grand children late at night when we checked in.

Everything was superb from breakfast to the pool and location to everything. Staff went above and beyond what you experience from most hotels. We were in 15 states in a week and this was by far one of the best.

Loved how we were greeted upon entering the facility. Jennifer was very friendly and nice. The environment was family friendly. We stayed in 1 room with 2 queen beds and a sofabed for a family of 4, 2 teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the space was great!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar being conveniently open till midnight in the lobby was a fantastic plus when traveling with toddlers 🤣 and the bartender was fantastic and so friendly. The concierge gave us a coupon for a complimentary drink upon check-in as well, and for the kids they even had a build your own hot cocoa station which they loved!!!! The pool was perfectly heated and the hot tub was great! I think this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at in college station where the pool was actually heated and the hot tub worked! Additionally the room we stayed in was perfect! It had ample room for family game night, including twister, as well as room for eating or just sitting and visiting. All in all our stay was perfect. We make this trip every year and we are definitely going to make this our go to hotel for the trip!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, installations clean and the breakfast was excellent. Overall a place I will recommend for staying when visiting College Station

Hard to place anything to dislike

It was very nice, clean and the staff were so welcoming.

I had someone that knocked on the door a few times and ran while we were trying to go to sleep but the staff took care of it and it stopped. Other than that everything was great!

Kitchenette and bathroom facilities

Mattress extremely soft providing little back support. Not like euro pillows. Too small and too soft. Requested recliner not available

Room was quiet, ample space, clean. Flat screen Tv was the latest LG model. Breakfast was served at 6:30 am sharp and was tasty. Staff treated us cordially and was responsive to our needs. The King sized beds are comfortable. We slept peacefully.

The air conditioner was a little noisy sometimes but kept our room cool .
